## Description

TerraBloom 4" Inline Fan (Model TB-MFIF-4) is a versatile unit for a wide range of applications. It can be used to extract odors from enclosed environments and is powerful enough to pull air through Carbon Filters (Scrubbers) of sizes 4" x 16" or less. When using this unit with a filter, attach the fan as close to the filter as possible, pull air through the filter and out of the desired area (instead of pushing air into the filter). Keep the amount of elbows or turns in the ducting to the minimum. Each turn/elbow in ducting reduces the airflow output. This ventilation fan can also be used as an intake fan to supply fresh air from the outside, as well as mitigate unwanted moisture and stale air in the attics and basements. Due to its compact dimensions and light weight this duct fan is easy to install. This inline fan has removable duct ends to make maintenance and cleaning easier.

**Q: how long is power cord**
A: 4-5’ I believe.

**Q: Is terrabloom same thing as vivosun or are they from different manufacturers?**
A: Can’t verify part numbers but they look almost identical don’t they.

**Q: Is the motor enclosed or sealed, i.e. sheet rock dust will be going through this and can do a lot of harm to the bearings.**
A: The motor in this inline fan is enclosed in a standalone plastic casing. Occasional sheet rock dust won't kill it, but if you are planning on using it in the environment where sheet rock dust is present all the time, it wouldn't be the best choice unless you'll pull the air through the intake filter.

**Q: Can the 8 inch 735 cfm be used to vent welding smoke?**
A: Yes, welding smoke will not be a problem for this unit.

Works great for my tent. Seems like it moves alot of air. Not super loud either.... But not quiet if that makes sense. Built in speed controller helps some with noise. Satisfied with the product so far

I bought this along with the duct pipe and carbon filter grudgingly at first; I thought it would be overkill. However, I made a mistake and hung my thermometer/humidity gauge on the wall and not the mat. It was 85 and great on the wall, but it was 100 degrees F and 26% humidity on the mat under the light. I changed my setup to a negative pressure tent, closed all but one vent and let this fan take hot air from the top of the tent, filter it and blow it out the bottom air hole. I moved some stuff around and added a small fan inside. All of a sudden, happy plants and one even came back from "the dead". Perfect 85 F and 40% RH on the mat. The air coming out is enough to heat a bedroom on its own, so one room is literally heated just by the tent and LED lights. Great buy.
