Unpacked 24 hrs ago and still compressed and not the shape I expected. How long does this take to fully inflate?

Mine didn’t take that long, just an hour or so and it formed into the shape it was supposed to. Maybe yours is defective. Amazon let’s you return if not satisfied.

As soon as you take it out of wrapping it comes to life.

Can i buy a new cover for this?

Would this work for someone 5 ft 4 in tall?

My wife is 5 ft 4 inches tall and this Leg Elevation Pillow worked well for her in the first few weeks of the recovery period from her right knee replacement surgery. It should work for you as well since you are the same height.
