No these are steelseries branded

Q: Will these keycaps fit on a glorious gaming 80% tkl? like the actual size of the keycaps, not the switches themselves.

They should do, mechanical keycaps tend to fit most mechanical keyboards, with the exception of ones with low profile switches, or other keyboards using proprietary stems (Glorious are bare bones, you then use Gaterons, Kailh or Cherry etc, all standard switches). It's entirely about switch type, with the exception of a few keyboards (some Corsair keyboards for example) that use a non-standard bottom row (this set actually comes with caps to fit these also). I'm using these on an 80% TKL with Gateron switches fitted myself, just from a different manufacturer.
