Loses audio live & recording in few months of use !!
I bought 10 of these Eufy 2K indoor cameras last year and 8 of them lost it’s audio over past few months due to OTA (Over The Air) firmware updates by Eufy (no option to disable this OTA update). I contacted Eufy customer support, they said these needs to be replaced & are just crossed 12 months warranty period, hence total loss for me! .What I observed and learned from various online reviews is that it’s an audio codec issue (not hardware fault - some of these cameras fixes itself after iOS update and again loses audio after few days) , which can probably be fixed by Eufy by OTA, but they are reluctant to do so to push new purchases / offer discounted replacements!
