what is the difference between 2x Arge/Tall and 2x plus?

I can tell you that I ordered a XL/Tall for my son, who is 6'8" and whose ideal size would be 32 or 33 waist and 36" length. The TALL fit him to a tee. While the waist would've been a bit large, the drawstring makes up for that. ....Therefore, I would guess that TALL are a good 36" length (which is very unusual and hard to find such extreme talls)... and PLUS would just be a standard 32" length.
