Lodge LPP3 Cast Iron Square Ribbed Panini Press, 8.25-inch

I use this press with my square, ribbed cast Logic pan in the oven together. I generally heat each piece up to 500 F then place salmon, hamburgers, chicken in the pan, lay on the press and the cooking is done almost instantly. Place back in the oven for a few mins if required. The effect is beautifully grilled and lined food. Amazes people when I show this trick.

Costs as much as a small skillet pan but save on cooking time, highly recommended if you want criss-cross patterns on your meats with just one flip!

木製の取っ手が付いていないのをあえて選択しました。 リフターを持っていないのであればお勧めはしません。 ミトンやタオルでも厳しいかと思います。厚手の皮手袋は必要なくらい熱くなります。 かなり重くよくできています。 オープンな鉄板なら問題は有りません。底がフラットしか持って居ませんでしたので楽しみです
