I recieved this product defective after 3months of working ,lots of connectivity issuesSound is hearing like after small small breaksComplete disappointed ☹️I contacted customer service they told me to pay shipping charges to reach product in DelhiI have bought a really worst item by spending lots of money and now in my dustbin

Product is not worth for the money, no touch sensor for controller, with the half of the product price we can get good and featured product, battery is draining 100% to 10% within 30 minutes

This are absolutely brilliant earphones for 2.6k. Been using for 2 weeks in workout and training sessions. This aren't for flat sounding or for audiophiles but good for casual listening. Do not expect any noise cancellation technology at this price but fit is snug enough to block surrounding noises.Pros: 1. Superb sound quality (Probably the best considering the rivals boat, noise etc..)2. Clarity, treble, punchy bass all very clearly balanced sound. (You will notice there's no distortioneven at 100% volume)3. IPX4 water resistant is a plus if you plan to use it in gym, walk etc.4. Rock,pop,EDM,Instrumentals all sound so very good for the price.5. Super lightweight and funky pop color.6. Doesn't look like a giant button popping out of ears like most in this price range.Cons:1. The fit might not be perfect for all ear size and it varies.2. Battery life in 3.5 hours(which could have been more) and the port has 12 hours but provided the size and weight of the buds it is justifiable just need to charge more than others.3. The case is open and exposed to dust and stuff when you take off the buds so make sure to keep it clean place.4. Tends to shake out of position while running fast in treadmill otherwise fit is snug and comfortable.Overall a very nice buy if you can sacrifice battery life for decent sounding truly wireless buds.

I have bought three of these Skullcandy Dime's one from SKULLCANDY Online Store & two from Amazon.in.first purchase i got from Skullcandy was defective from the Box & as one side was not working, the return was such a hassle, they were not replacing but just repairing the defective. The product did not last long as then it had battery draining out in 30mins or less.The Body of the Earphones are partly made of rubber which was exposed outside of the box cause of the design factors, this made the rubber more exposed & it wore off exposing the internal parts of the earphones.The earphones also have an issue with all three pieces i owned, they increase the sound or reduce the sound whenever a notification appears to a different level, which means if you put your volume at 50% a notification appears & it gives a notice then the volume increases to 70% this is not normal & should not happen.I love the brand, designs but their product quality is bad. Many brands now with better product & quality are offering the product at 40% lesser.after the battery issues with the DIME I shifted to "BOULT Maverick" a couple of months back & never had a issue ever.

These earbuds are awesome sounding, earlier they had problem connecting automatically but after troubleshooting they're working fine. This was my first skulcandy product and I'm looking forward to consider buying their other products as well. The best thing I like is the build quality. And sound signature.

After using for n year the rubber button started cracking. Quality is not good. Better to avoid.

I started using it and it's been 2 weeks now and only in two weeks its has soo many problems like not properly charging left ear buds not hearing properly and i requested to claim warranty to Skullcandy and also there service is very awful the don't respond yet don't buy this product not worth for 2000 rs instead got for BOAT or any other , but boat they are just amazing I do have their most products there service is very amazing and all products are worthy of their prices 👍🏻
