Q: I have chewed for 8 years now, and looking for help to quite. In the description it says it has real coffee and creamer so does it contain dairy

It will help it just is up to you how bad you would like to stop. and i do think it has dairy but could not tell you for sure.

Q: Does it really taste like coffee!?

It not only tastes like coffee...it IS coffee. It's also fairly sweet. I believe they used honey to bind and sweeten it. It does break apart eventually and you have to swallow or spit out coffee grounds, but it does taste good if you like coffee.

Q: is it bad for your teeth

This coffee chew Really not bad on your teeth. It's just as it starts to dissolve it's like fine ground up coffee grounds. and that get's between the teeth. I rinse my mouth out with water swish it around a few times and most of it came out for the rest Brush your teeth. other then that I see no harm to my teeth. Hope this helps,

Yeah its normal. That's why they say to have it warm. It's good if you leave it on the heater for a bit otherwise in your pocket.
