Flour Sifter , 3 Cup Stainless Steel , Great Double-layer Baking Sifters for all Baking Flour and Powdered sugar, Flour Strainer

This sifter works exactly as expected and honestly reminds me of my grandmother’s old one. I’ve used it about a dozen times now and it still performs just like the first time—smooth, sturdy, and consistent.

Small but does a fabulous job!! Very well made. I’d buy this again.

I ordered this sifter to replace an old one made exactly like it but from a different company. I took apart my old sifter because I noticed some hard rock like debris trapped between the screens. Thought I could take it apart, clean it and reassemble it. BAD IDEA! Virtually impossible to reassemble and I'm a handy guy. I gave up and ordered this sifter from Cook Army. Fast delivery within 3 days. Used it and it worked flawlessly sifting 3 cups of powered sugar easily.

For the most part this sifter works well. It can hold about 2 cups of flour before it needs to be sifted, and the sifting process is easy and handle is comfortable. It's completely dishwasher safe, and comes out just as pretty as it went in (unlike some others I've bought). However, the flour doesn't typically all get sifted so I spend time whacking it with my palm to get all the flour out. Also, the flour spills out of a hole near the handle (where the wire comes out). It's already sifted flour, but can miss the bowl if you're not watching it or using a smaller bowl. It's a small amount so doesn't affect recipes, but does leave a mess on the counter which is just one more thing that has to be cleaned up. The bonus plastic piece that comes with it seems a bit flimsy, but I've not used it yet.

Just what I was looking for! It's small and still holds 3 cups, it's high quality stainless steel. Made in the USA too.

This works great. Has also cut down on the mess I usually make baking bread.

Great product

I use this to make Tapioca crepes. It works amazingly. They come out nice and uniform. I wish this was more heavy duty. If you use it everyday it will eventually fall apart in a couple of months

its ok. I was ignorant and failed to check the size of the actually product : Product dimensions 15.8L CM x 9.7W CM x 13H CM centimetres its basically a "mini sifter" so don't buy it if you're expecting the classic size which is usually much larger , say 1-2 litres. either way its ok.
