Review: Extra Purchases required for some compatability - Headset is compatible with phone, it has good clarity and range, but after it arrived, I found you had to have an additional device in order to answer call from the headset. It is not stated anywhere except in the user manual for the headset.
Review: Not recognized by Win 10 or Win 11 - The latest update to Windows 10 causes this device to become non-functional. Error message "Unrecognized USB Device". Same issue with Windows 11. We have several of these headsets and can no longer use the devices with Windows. Sangoma offers no updated drivers.
