Overall quality very good and built solid.
Pretty rugged, so far so good, I’ve been doing mixed martial arts for almost 7-years & I can hit pretty hard, high hooks, body hooks, jabs, crosses, elbows & shovel hooks, but straight up uppercuts this isn’t the same as a regular uppercut bag, but it does teach you to keep your form correct, It’s built very solid, it’s mounted on the inside of my garage open studs, & I put some cross member 2” X 4” between studs and screwed them all into the vertical studs ans screwed the mounts into the studs & cross members, very solid!
