I was happy to find this brush. I have the elf putty blush but no local stores sell the putty blush brush (only the primer one). ELF is a great deal on their brushes and makeup Quality made and well priced

Perfect for soft highlights or bronzer

This brush does a great job! It applies the putty blush perfectly, and evenly and is definitely worth having in your makeup case. I was initially using my finger to put on the blush, and now after using the brush, I was doing myself a disservice! Glad I bought this, and the price is right for any purse!

-1 star bc after almost one year...not one full year yet but many months of using this brush/cleaning it.. i have to replace it now bc the bristles be looking way too rough. But the price of this brush is not bad and it's reasonable. Ok. this is coming from someone who doesn't have a fine palette or high standard for makeup tools/brushes bc i just try to get by when i apply any makeup. i am not skilled. but i know just enough to notice when a makeup tool isn't doing it's job right ------ this blush brush is GOOD. this brush makes it a breeze to apply my blush in the mornings when i do not have a lot of time. it's EASY to blend out my blush with this and thats just what i needed.

I use this for all of my cream blushes! Small but it works for me because some of my blushes are in small pots and so this brush is the perfect size for them. Plus it helps me be more precise with my blush placement on my cheeks instead of a big fluffy brush. I have 4 of these!

Obviously these were designed to be used with the putty blush and you can tell - fits in the jar perfectly, picks up just enough and deposits evenly. The blush itself can be layered nicely and the brush helps blend for a natural look no matter how much you put on. If you're getting the blush these brushes are a must have! I bought 2 for the 2 different colors I have.

Works well enough with the putty blushes but I do feel like it’s actually slightly too big for the putty container. The size is right for the cheek application though, so perhaps I should be downgrading the putty container size a star vs the brush. It’s not the nicest feeling brush but it gets the job done.

I wasn’t sure how I felt about the e.l.f. putty blushes when I first tried them. The shades swatched beautifully on my hand but I just couldn’t get them to apply how I wanted them on my face. I stumbled across this brush and picked it up on a whim, and I didn’t expect much at all. At first glance I thought the brush was a little sparse and I was sceptical about it being able to apply better than my other brushes and sponges. I WAS SO WRONG!! I don’t know what it is about this brush that’s better than my other ones, but it makes applying the elf putty blushes and blending them SO easy and the end result is stunning! Such a quick, effortless but beautiful flush of colour on your cheeks. It applies the product subtly with one layer for a natural look but you can also easily use the brush to layer the product for more colour (and it applies and blends just as easily after multiple layers). The brush itself isn’t the softest of the brushes I own, but that’s also largely due to it being a stippling brush (so it naturally won’t be as fluffy and dense as a powder brush for example). That being said, the individual hairs are actually quite soft and it isn’t unpleasant on my face whatsoever. It doesn’t leave any brush streaks and I have noticed very minimal shedding in the 2+ months I’ve been using it (and I’m talking 2-3 hairs MAX). There was no weird smell or anything when I first opened it but, like any new makeup brush, definitely wash it before using it on your skin. It seems to be holding up incredibly well so far, it’s still like how it was the first day I got it, but even if it doesn’t hold up long term I would still recommend this brush to anyone that uses the putty blushes. You can’t beat the price for just how fantastic the brush actually performs!!
