Loctite PL Premium Polyurethane Construction Adhesive, 10 fl oz, 12 Pack

Use this in my construction and flooring businesses for all kind of things where its high tack versatility is needed. We do not use it in areas where a pressure sensitive, cove base, or other specialty glue would be the best fit, but as a general purpose construction adhesive I've never had it let us down. We never leave adhesive visible in any area so I cannot speak to its color when fully cured but we have always been able to get it on easily where needed, clean up any overage easily, and not be worried by any strong odors. Loctite PL construction adhesive is my personal go to when we need it - I find it reasonably priced for what you get. Something I find important is country of origin - for PL it looks to usually be the USA, however, specific batches can use imported raw materials so it pays to check the label. Had to saw the boot off, but that 2x4 wasn't going ANYWHERE. Versatility? This stuff laughs at labels. Wood, metal, concrete, ceramic, even stubborn drywall that refuses to stay put – Loctite PL Premium handles them all like a champ. I've fixed wobbly deck chairs, reattached loose bathroom tiles, heck, I even used it to mend a cracked ceramic gnome (don't judge, the wife loves that creepy thing). Application is a breeze, even for clumsy folks like me. The stuff goes on smooth, gives you a little wiggle room for adjustments, and then sets with the tenacity of a bulldog chewing a favorite toy. Weather resistance? Forget about it. Rain, snow, scorching sun – this adhesive just shrugs it off. Now, a fair warning: this stuff gets MESSY. Made my media blast cabinet much easier to seal up. I used it on tiny cracks around the corners, and it stuck firmly without any issues. It holds better than silicone and forms a decent seal. Wearing gloves is a smart move since it can stain your skin quite easily. It’s been quite a helpful addition to my project and should save some cleanup time later on.

My application was to bond a plastic access panel to drywall and it worked perfectly - exactly as advertised. Pop the cartridge into a caulking gun and it's ready for use. One word of caution would be to apply first to the surface you are trying to bond (in my case the plastic access panel) and let it set up for about 20 min before applying to the surface as the directions indicate. This way it almost immediately bonds and holds in place as it will dry quickly enough so the item will not move around. It takes 24 hours to fully dry, but that time is necessary in case you are trying to do something that would disturb the item before set-up is complete. It's fairly easy to use but can be a bit messy if you're not careful and mostly because at least in my case the glue kept coming out of nozzle to quickly but that was probably more an issue with the caulking gun. Also wear gloves so you don't get it on your fingers, which I failed to do - it will clean off the hands, but not easily. The only other issue is it is pretty much a one-use product, since it will dry solidly in the nozzle blocking future use unless I figure a way to clear the blockage. If you're looking for a bonding glue that will work on virtually anything, that is easy to use and a good value, this may be what you've been looking for.

this is the best stuff to you. It is really premium. Just don't get it on your hands use gloves. I used it on my ceiling tile install and it came out great. Love this product.

I'm using it on the inside of my garage to hold foam up to the door and so far none of them have fallen off. And yes they work a little bit to reduce temperatures inside. Every little bit counts 🥵

Attempting to fix a single loose brick inside the dark, dusty void of a meter cupboard usually feels like an over-engineered disaster waiting to happen, but loading up a cartridge of this adhesive turns you into an instant structural engineer. This stuff didn't just glue the fallen brick back into an internal corner, it bound it to the fabric of reality itself. Application requires the standard ritual of fighting with a caulking gun in a space so tight you’re essentially doing yoga next to the gas meter, but once that thick, goopy polyurethane hits the masonry, the brick is staying put until the end of time. It cures so impossibly strong that if the rest of the house ever falls down, I am 100% confident that single corner brick and its excessive glob of Loctite will still be floating mid-air, completely unfazed. It’s sticky, aggressive, utterly unyielding, and wildly overkill for one rogue brick. Also much easier and less messy than mixing up cement mortar, which makes it an absolute masterpiece in my book.
