Any Angle Tree Seat

I was a bit hesitant, but I really like it. I have been using in my back yard to get used to shooting my bow from the seat. It is way more comfortable than sitting on the ground. It is a little bulky to carry, but it is way smaller and lighter than carrying a climber so that's no problem for me. You will need some sort of backpack to haul this with as it does break into 3 pieces to make carrying easier. Cushion is very comfortable. Being able to adjust angles is very helpful. Really good design. It sits you higher than you expect, so set it lower on the tree than you think you need, then lower it some more.

I bought this seat to hunt the side of a steep hill. I used to sit on the ground but after a few hours my back would start hurting and I would have to quit so I got this seat last week hoping it would allow me to stay out all day. I took this seat out and had it strapped to a tree in literally 20 seconds. The cushion is very comfortable And the seat turns left and right without a sound. The seat angle adjusts up and down easily in just a few seconds. Unfortunately since this seat has no back rest my back still started hurting after a few hours and I still had to quit. The way this seat is set up, it sits a few inches away from the tree and leaning against the tree felt awkward to me. So if you're ok with sitting on a stool with no back rest, I'd highly recommend it. Even though it didn't work out for me, I'm still giving it 5 stars because everything about this seat is top quality. I can't say enough about how well built this seat is. You rarely see products built this well anymore and that's why I'm keeping it. It will last me forever and I'm sure it will get plenty of use from other people. This is my first Hawk product but I am going to check out what else they make.

I have the original Hawk Seat and have used it for quite a few years. I like it but it is limited to a degree. The seat is fixed and the "cleat" that affixes the apparatus to a tree is just two "V" shaped bits of welded, again fixed, steel. This seat, that I just bought, The Hawk Any Angle seat is fantastic. Completely adjustable, and the "cleat" is all there. I have no doubt that this cleat will not slip at all. The seat itself is the same memory foam, very comfortable for all day hunting, by the way. However, there is one difference, it allows for 360 rotation. This is accomplished with a threaded steam that screws considerably down into the post for the seat. There is not much chance that a person will back that out and have a spill. Great seat. I highly recommend it.

Good product. Test it before you take it to the woods so you know how it operates and don't make a bunch of noise. If I could just figure out how to tote it in with hunt gear. No strap so I adjusted the mounting stap to the length I needed. It worked........

Not too heavy. Easy to set up. I recommend re-tightening it once you set it up and sit on it. Seat is comfy. It’s very easy to adjust once strapped to tree.

Shipped quickly, instructions included, simple setup, nothing missing, well packaged, instructions were clear, easy to setup, extremely reasonable price for value, not difficult to transport, functions as expected I would recommend purchasing this product

Pros: 1. Easy to set up *Set it against your tree of choice, wrap the ratchet strap around the tree, hook it in and ratchet it tight. Easy peasy 2. Fairly comfortable *The cushion is thick, and comfy to sit on. The only down side is adjusting the seat height and angle (see below) 3. Very sturdy, even for a larger guy *I'm around 6' 280 and this thing didn't move around at all once it's strapped down. Cons: 1. Hard to get the angle and the height of the seat correct *Seems like no matter what tree I attach this seat to, the seat is either angled to low or too high. You're either sliding off or it's digging into your legs. Moving it one notch up or down moves the seat quite a bit. *In my personal experience it takes too much time and energy to fully adjust this to make it so you can sit all day in comfort. 2. Heavy to carry in your pack. *It doesn't seem like it, but this adds quite a bit of weight. I served in the Army and always enjoyed rucking, and as they say about packing your ruck... ounces turn into pounds quickly. 3. Takes a up almost all the space in your pack. *If you use a normal sized pack for hunting, this thing is going to demand pretty much all the space. Not a lot of room for your other gear. 4. Awkward to carry * The way this is made, theres always something poking you in the back, or shifting around in your pack.

Product worked perfectly. Held up fine to my 260lbs. I did put 2-2x6 pieces between the tree and the seat to give more room for my taller stature. Never had any problems. Seat is removable allowing to be taken out of the elements to stay dry. A little heavy if your looking to hike a long ways, but once it’s in all you need to do is remove the pad and carry that to you spot.

Not able to tight at all. Even no way to replace to better one because connection to the frame. Was amazing feeling when ratchet opened sitting on three tree 8 m above ground
