Great knee brace I purchased three different versions of this brace and they are all great. Great fit and feel helps relieve pain and you feel the added support instantly. The relief is almost immediate the fit and compression just the right measure. I wear them all day without discomfort and I do about 7590 steps a day. Seem to be well made wish I had found these years ago. Not all braces are made the same trust me stop looking buy it now.

This is a great compression knee brace. My wife has Cerebral Palsy and fell in the shower in September. (Yes, we have a sturdy handrail and she uses a shower chair) After that, she went to an orthopedic doctor, and found out that she had really bad inflammation in her knee. The doctor had given her a steroid shot that lasted 2 weeks and another type of knee brace was recommended to her. However, that knee brace wasn’t really helping her with the pain. Although her inflammation pain has improved, her knee has still been hurting as it heals. As soon as she put on this compression knee brace, her pain decreased significantly. She was able to walk normally around the house, and was even able to get up and down the ramp outside our house with very minimal help. Prior to getting this brace, she could barely walk because the inflammation was so bad. She says this brace is easy to get on and off, and it is comfortable to wear all day. (She does not sleep in it) Although she still has a ways to go before her knee is completely better, this knee brace has made things so much easier for her! It’s definitely worth the price. It doesn’t slip down at all, although some reviews here say that it does. She has not had any issues with it coming off. She wears leggings mostly, and although it fits under leggings, it is a little noticeable. Make sure you measure to get the right size. Otherwise, it will be too tight and will be uncomfortable. She says she really likes the gel pad in the middle, and she’s happy that this brace offers support and compression all the way around the knee.

This brace fits great, is comfortable, and gives you instant support. We've seen instant improvement of knee support for a middle school-age basketball player. My son no longer complains of knee pain from his Osgood-Schlatters after practice and games. I only have two complaints: 1) is that it collects a lot of lint (and we haven't washed it); and 2) these are way too colorful and I'm not a fan of the two color options; who wants a colorful knee brace that brings attention to an injury? No thank you. Suggestion: make a version in all black or even flesh/skin tones

My sons both have been wrestling for 7 years, and knee pain is something that's pretty common in this sport. They've had a couple of different knee pads over the years, but none have really helped. A coach suggested NEENCA to us, and they'll never wear another type of kneepad after using this one. It supports their knee, which helps to minimize any pain, and the circular pad on the front of the knee protects their knee from hitting the mat too hard when they take shots. I see tons of wrestlers at tournaments that also wear NEENCA, so it obviously works well, and is well known in the sport of wrestling.

This knee brace fits great. It also doesn't slip or roll down, which I was super happy about. Most other knee braces I've tried will not stay in place, but this one really holds on. The compression is firm but not too tight (just double check the sizing! Don't skip measuring your thigh.) The bulkiness isn't bad at all, I'm able to wear the brace under jeans or pants without anyone knowing its there. I've got pretty frequent pain in my knees, especially when going up or down stairs, I really found this brace to help with the pain and made my knee feel stable.

Fits great, looks cool... but for the price, I expected 2... I bought some compression knee braces recently and they fit and feel fantastic but I liked the gel pad option around the knee on this one. I figured since I paid less than $25 for my other set, this being double the price, I would at least get 2 since afterall I have 2 knees. So opening up the box only to find a single brace was a bit of a surprise. $50 seems a bit pricy for a single brace. The side bars are pretty flexible which seems counterproductive. I would assume the side bars were there to prevent your leg bending left or right while still maintaining the flexibility to move forward / backwards. I can't tell that they do much in terms of protecting my knee or maintaining any real sense of stability.... it almost seems to be an aesthetic choice made to look beneficial. I will keep it but I really wish I would have just opted for the Old Bones knee braces because I ruined my knees skateboarding and those seem to be made for my type of old bones. I wish the gel bad around the knee were thicker because if kneel down on my knees, the gel pad isn't tall enough to coushin my knee... I would rate this 3.5 if I could. It seems to work OK but I feel like it is way overpriced for what I got. I prefer the Modvel compression sleeves that I recently got that are half the price and I received 2. I will test this one soon when we go on our next big hike and update my reivew accordingly.

So I only ordered one at first because I wanted to see if the medium would fit good and it does. I’m an average size, my legs are not so big though and these fit great. I was in an auto accident and hyperextended both knees and waiting for MRI to see if I tore any ligaments. My knees aren’t stable but these keep them sturdy. I wore it all day yesterday but I stayed home and rested most of the day. I don’t think I need the compression while sitting, it was a bit after 5-6 hours because I was off my feet for most of it. But, when I was up, I felt all the support I needed and didn’t have to worry about my knees going back beyond where they are supposed to and hurting. When I go back to work and walking and standing all day, these will be so amazing! The side supports in them are strong and keep the knees from sideways movement. Highly suggest if you need good knee support. They did not fall down what’s so ever. Actually, I really needed to help to get them on cause I can’t pull hard do to both hands being sprained. Once on, they are on and not moving! Unlike the ace bandages I was trying to use that would fall down over time.

I got this after trying one of the velcro ones from Walmart that kept falling down and provided no support. This NEENCA brace is great - it actually stays in place and provides some actual support for your knee. I've worn mine quite a bit now, and it's still holding up great.
