I have been searching for a portable chair/stool that is lightweight, folds up relatively small, and is comfortable to sit on for shorter periods of time…this quick folding tripod stool by Portal checks all those boxes! The stool opens up and also closes easily without any hassles and secures with the built in velcro straps. It is easy to transport this stool with the built-in carry strap, I simply sling it over my shoulder and I’m ready to go. Since it’s lightweight, carrying it on my shoulder is very.easy. This stool also has a small pouch and bottle holder which would work well for skinnier bottles by not my 32oz bottle which is wide at the bottom but that’s ok. I’m happy that the pouch is there to hold my cell phone or other small items like keys and such. I am 5ft 11in tall and weigh about 195lbs and this stool supports me very well, I’m not worried about it breaking even though it’s only rated to 225lbs. One thing I really like is that the seat height is 18” so it is much more comfortable to sit in than some small bag chairs that sit lower to the ground. So far I’m really happy with this stool, I use it at events where I need to get off my feet for maybe 30 minutes to an hour at a time and it works well for my needs. If I’m going to be sitting for longer periods of time then I’ll bring one of my big bag chairs but when I want a more compact and lightweight seat, this is the one I’ll use!

the chair is comfortable as it is sturdy, seems to be high quality :) I'm a happy sitter

My wife loves it. I can't sit in it as there are certain parts on me that don't work well with this style of chair. Not a man's chair lol
