New Chapter Holy Basil Force Stress Relief Supplement, 120 Count

This is the best Holy Basil I have tried and works to help me wind my nervous system down enough to sleep at night without the grogginess or addiction that other products might cause. I like this brand and its quality as well but this product really works, which means that it has good potency.

Great product for anyone who suffers with severe anxiety. It will calm it down sooo much!

If you're going to buy holy basil, get the New Chapter brand. My son takes us for sleeplessness and anxiety attacks, and it always seems to reduce his stress and anxiety. Also helps him to sleep through the night. He has tried other brands, but none as effective as this one.

I just turned 35 and I have been having some white hairs that would come in here and their randomly. However recently after starting New Chapter’s Holy Basil once at night, I started noticing less and less white strands of facial hair coming through. I wasn’t sure at first what was going on and what product what’s causing this benefit. I researched Holy Basil and grey/white hair. I found that one benefit is that it helps restore an enzyme in the hair follicle that helps neutralize white and Grey hair. It has to do with Hydrogen peroxide being neutralized in the hair follicle to keep from bleaching. I have noticed this benefit very strongly. Very cool!

I have been taking holy basil daily for almost 20 years. These are great. I find the gel capsule more potent/effective than powder varieties. I have purchased this brand many, many times and will continue to do so.
