I’m very never had a Chicago style pizza in Chicago so take this for whatever that’s worth. They are delicious and I enjoy them

Best frozen pizza I’ve ever ate. Perfect size for one to two people. Taste great, with quality ingredients and freshness. They’re more expensive than they should be, but overall I was happy to enjoy a Tase of Chicago hundreds of miles away.

I can’t say enough about the pizza it’s amazing! The sauce is freshly chopped tomatoes; you can add things to the pizza before cooking but it’s not necessary. I have ordered many times, just sent some to my son… they are easy to cook and wonderful to eat. Additionally, the customer service at Lou Malnati’s is as good as the pizza, something we don’t see very often in todays world. They believe in good old fashioned customer service and, within reason, the customer is always right.

This is a tough one because I appreciate so much about the pizzas. I ordered three cheese and three pepperoni. I was shocked. It came almost immediately. It was packed beautifully in dry ice and a big Styrofoam case. Each pizza also within its own individual wrapping that once you took it off, you could actually cook it in its own tin. The cheese is wonderful. The sauce is divine with actual pieces of tomato in it. The pepperoni was some of the best pepperoni I’ve ever eaten. The cooking instructions are wonderful. The only issue I had was I hated the crust. I have a feeling that once you freeze the crust, it fundamentally changes it. Also, I needed to remind myself that deep dish pizza has a different crust than a regular pizza.

Worst pizza ever!I’ve had great pies from Chicago many times, and this was the absolute worst!Sauce tastes like straight up tomato sauce out of a can, there’s no deep dish, it comes out of the oven around 1/2” thick.Save your money!

I live in a place that you can't get Chicago style pizzas so the fact that you can order them through Amazon is amazing. I love this style of pizza. The crispy deep crust means no floppy pizza. The sauce is on top of the cheese which is how pizza should be. When I take a bite of this pizza, the rest of the toppings down slide off with that first bite. The sauce isn't perfect as far as seasoning, but the highlight to the cheese. I will definitely be ordering this pizza again as the price is good and the shipping is very good. I ordered it on a Wednesday and I got in on a Friday. The delivery estimate that Amazon gave was Monday, but it actually made it on Friday and they were delicious.

I have ordered pizza from other places but nobody can come close to Lou Malnati's. It is always delivered on time, frozen and undamaged. They use a excellent packaging system, even arrives frozen in the summertime. The sauce has a fresh tomato flavor and the cheese is very good. I love their crust, it cook evenly and has a nice crunch to it. I keep at least 2 in my freezer at all times, it is a staple in our house.

I have ordered these several times and left good to fair reviews that were removed. So I will only rate this particular order. I received the pizzas that were: some room temperature, and the 2 bottom ones just cool. I requested a re-order to fix the problem. I explained to the shipper what i thought went wrong with this ONE order and was made to feel like I didn't understand the process. I have received several same orders with really no issues and left good reviews so I don't understand the response. They say a replacement is on the way so we will see how it goes. Update: replacement order was ecceptable. My advise to the shipper is to put 2 dry ice packs in the box instead of one. All my other orders had 2 dry ice packs and had no problems. This replacement still only had one ice pack and pizza's still were not as cold as i would want them to be but acceptable. This issue alone will affect my decision to order again. I hope it is considered.
