According to the box this product is unfortunately made in China.

Is this parchment paper compostable?

I wrap parchment paper around food (frozen chicken) and put it in a toaster oven at 350 for over an hour. It doesn't burn. I would think it is oven safe as long as the flame doesn't make contact, broil=no, bake=yes.

What is the diameter of the roll?

The width of the roll is 15”. Each roll contains 164 ft. of parchment paper.

Is silicone on both sides of the paper?

Both sides appear to be non-stick. Excellent product!

Nontoxic parchment paper

This is great. I use this as it is nontoxic and I have no complaints. When I cook bacon on it, sometimes the bacon sticks but that doesn’t bother me. It is great quality paper and is sturdy and aesthetic.
