This soup has a light creamy texture and just right saltiness and chicken flavor. I ordered it for future home preparedness because it comes in easy to store and open separate packets. Just add hot water. Very convenient.

The ProtiDIET chicken soup mix was easy to make with hot water and brief microwave per instructions. I did find that if I left it for a few minutes after heating, that it blended and tasted great. Excellent value and easy to make.

Revised Directions Below
Reverse directions and add soup mix to hot water while stirring. The direction as written creates lumps and undissolved clumps the spoon never reaches in the cup. Taste is good but not as good as the regular chicken soup.

I was concerned about ordering this because of the price and how it would taste being a “diet” soup . But I struggle with chronic anemia and don’t always have an appetite so I need something high protein. The taste is wonderful . I’ve added it as one of my subscriptions . I highly recommend it.
