Some of the cheaper manufacturers are using chrome vanadium in their impact tools these days and they have to be much thicker overall to handle the impacts without cracking. Sunnex makes decent quality. It fits the drive and socket well and rotates smoothly with no catching anywhere. It's hard to find pinless swivels in 1/4, and I don't like the universal joint style ones so I went with this instead. It's finished well with a black oxide or manganese coating (hard to Teel the difference sometimes. I'd buy one again if I needed to, but I suspect this will last me years. It does have a small spring back when tilted to both extremities of the horizontal pin. The 1/4 drive hole does not have chamfers for better alignment when inserting an extension or ratchet driver.
