Absolutely amazing system. Couldn't be happier. Not only is it lightweight, it filters relatively fast,and taste great. My last few trips backpacking, I was able to provide clean water to the groups of friends I was with. Doesn't leak, material is durable, and has a compact size. Well worth the money.

I've used this to filter my city water.I could taste chlorine straight from the tap.After using this filter , I taste zero chlorine does its job well.

It's very affordable, but you must be cautious with the components to ensure they last. Make sure to backwash regularly to clear the filter unit. Do not leave the tube and filter connected to the water bag to just hang and linger for a long time when it's not in use, it can wear out the valve on the bag. My first order, the bag's valve failed and I also lost my connector's O-ring. I asked for a replacement bag and they refunded me all the money. So I bought another unit and have tried to be as careful as possible. I use it to filter out pond water to water the chickens and also drink the water myself when I run out of storebought. I'm still alive lol

Easy to use and lightweight!

Got this to take on a backpacking trip and it worked good. I liked how you could fill it up and essentially use it as a water storage/filter unit.

I ordered this filtration system to use on a 14 mile day hike to Big Pines-Lake 2, in California (for a wedding ceremony). The filtration system worked great! My daughter and I had no stomach issues at all. The filtration system is well made, compact, and the water bladder was sturdy and larger (a good thing) than I thought it would be. The group we were with was in a rush so we did not have much time to filter water but having this filtration system prevented me from having to carry extra bottles of water (too much extra weight to carry) so I just had to stop to refill my main water container, and my daughter’s water container.

Love this product. I recently bought it for my backcountry camping in Algonquin. Super easy to use, water comes out tasting just like water - no weird taste or chemical taste. I highly recommend. The only thing I wish it has was another bag to store the fresh clean water. Hard to only have the water come out as is instead of leave it to filter in a bag ready to drink. It comes with a little water bottle but it only attached to the filter. I ended up buying a water storage bag with a spout and it was perfect

I am taking this on a fishing trip up north and will use the lake water for drinking. I used it once with well water we are not " supposed " to drink . Water was good to drink otherwise I wouldn't be writing this.

Filters water perfectly, it taste great too depending on where you filter it. sometimes its hard to fill the bag depending on what kind of water source you can find. All in all, really good, wish the clamp worked a little better to hold the water in the bag.

Just received this water filter in about five days. It looks sturdy and good quality on opening the box, but haven't used it yet. I plan to keep it handy for emergency use only but it looks like it would be excellent for camping, hiking or survival use. I'll keep mine next to my big jugs of emergency water supply just in case. I can also quickly pack it into my car if I ever have to evacuate my home and can use it to keep hydrated from most water sources like lakes, rivers, streams, ponds etc. It can be used alone as a straw, or as gravity fed from the water bag provided, whatever the circumstances demand. All in all a good purchase in my opinion.
