Bought it for my daughter. It took her a bit of playing around with it(using the guide sheet) to see how to position the three belts in the most suitable way. This was done quickly using the velcro fastenings.She could feel the support the strap, placed below the bump achieved, lightening the heavy baby weight feeling.She noticed also the added hold it gave her pelvis, which helped keep it still, (as it loosens further along in pregnancy, often trapping the nerves,) easing sciatica and back pain.My daughter will keep it for after birth to hold her in, and support her posture while she works on regaining her pre-baby figure.One thing to note. It is not smooth or heavily boned like purely shaping corsets can be. So she found wearing a loose baggy top over it when out and about worked best.But for pregnancy, post-natal use, she is very pleased.I would buy it again for any mum-to-be. :)
