## Description

The Roleo PRO helps relieve the pain of repetitive stress injuries. Using Roleo is enjoyable. It's like getting a massage from your own personal massager! The Roleo in use Place one hand on the top mounted knob/handle. At the beginning it is better to adjust the pressure to the lightest by turning it counterclockwise until it stops. Do not try to rotate the knob beyond its movement freely, in either direction. Thread the fingers of your other hand between the rollers and gently push the arm forward until the recess (top side) of the elbow is almost touching the rollers. With your arm between the rollers, use a slow push and pull motion to massage your forearm muscles. Focus on areas where you feel tension. Stop on a particularly tight or painful area and hold your arm in place to maintain pressure on that "pressure point" or "trigger point". Gently rotate the wrist, thus stretching the muscle under the pressure of the roller. Turn the side of the palm of your forearm toward the upper roller, to point the roller ridges into the muscles on the side of the palm of your arm that feel tight or aching. Gently move your wrist or hand in and out of the rollers, concentrating the ridges of the upper roller between the wrist, hand and finger bones. The contact between the roller surface and a bone part of your hand, arm or wrist may seem a little uncomfortable at first, but this discomfort usually diminishes with use. Happy rolling!

- If it feels too strong, wear a sweatshirt to cushion your arm. A long-sleeved T-shirt will protect heavy arm hair from pulling. If you don't want to hold it with your other hand, install provided suction cups. Please make sure to pull them hard and snug toward the side of the Roleo. Works on clean glass, plexiglass, metal, finished wood, marble, or any smooth surface. To uninstall, pull Roleo off and then remove cups from surface.
- Move your forearm, wrist and hand in and out slowly between finger tips and elbow. Use it palm side down and up. Tighten and release your fist. Hold roller pressure on trigger point and rotate wrist to tighten forearm muscles, replicating the pin and stretch massage technique.
- Regular use of Roleo may help relieve symptoms associated with Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, repetitive strain, tennis and golfers elbow, pickle elbow and other chronic hand, wrist and forearm conditions as part of a general wellness plan.
- On models with a darker color roller, you may see skin cell and oil residue. This is easily cleaned with a cloth with soapy water, or a gentle spray cleaner.

**Q: Does this work on arms? Like i have pain above the wrist?**

**Q: I have tennis elbow behind and in back of my elbow - will this fit over my elbow to let me access the areas above the elbow?**
A: The Roleo is not intended for use on or above elbow.

**Q: The tension knob doesn't work at all. The pressure on the machine doesn't change. How can I resolve this?**
A: I have the same problem. No difference in pressure when adjusting the knob.

**Q: Is this good the relieve lymphodema?**
A: I can't give a safe answer but it has brought relief to me on both the complete arm below the shoulder and the leg below the knee.

werkt uitstekend ,komt op de juiste plekjes staat stabiel met een zuignap kan de druk verhogen door aan te draaien , na 5 minuten voel je al je bloed doorstromen. en dat het werkt , had niet verwacht dat het zo verlichting zou geven .
