The description says 5.5 inches but a pictures shows 3 inches. Which is it?

It's 3 inches. Wasted money. I do not recommend this product.

Does this have vlrco on the other side

No. It is to be ironed on or it can be sewed on. I did not iron it on so I don't know how well it adheres. It is a nice patch. Sewing it on allows me to move it whenever I want.

Nick,The patch is 5 3/4" inches. It can fit perfectly on the front side of either your left or right half chest. Great for ironing onto a costume. Hope this helps.
