Wonderful little wooden box. Somewhat fragile, but then again, something like this won't get heavy use. Purchased it because of the compact size with which to hold an engagement ring. We are off to Italy next month to visit Rome, Florence, and Venice. Box is small and slim enough to keep in a front pants pocket without anyone noticing. When we come upon the "right" setting, I'll pop the question. My only criticism is that I would wish the engraved design were on both sides of the box. Small matter. Overall, I love it and will serve perfectly for its intended purpose. Good value for the amount paid.

Used this box to propose to my now wife and I get compliments on it constantly when I take the ring out to get inspected in its box. The only thing is the inner cushion falls out easily over time.

Perfect for a minimalist, natural box for a ring. Seems solid enough. Closes and opens well. Easy. Wood is slightly lighter than I want but nothing some wood oil won't darken. The bottom part that holds the ring is just a sheet of black velvet on top of foam. The foam pulls out when you pull the ring out. But that's trivial. A tad of rubber glue on the bottom does the trick nicely

Excellent box, very different to what is expected. Slipped easily into my poket as its small enough to go unnoticed, looks wise it definitely fits the bill. Great value for money and made for a lasting memory!
