I returned the other two (from two other vendors) that were not as advertised and did not fit a 3.5" IDE drive. This one works just fine. Why in 2024 is this being sold without a USB C port, and I think this is my only issue with this USB to IDE, 2.5 IDE, and SATA connector. The USB C cord is about 3-feet or one meter. It feels of a reasonable quality. And the additional power supply wall wart has about 6-feet or two meter of cord. And has an output of 12 volts at 3000ma, Though the issue with IDE drives are different jumper settings that may need to be set or changed. It also works with 2.5 inch SATA SSD. It is plug and play.
