Where is this tool box made ?

No idea. I use it as a first aid kit

Description says "waterproof", is it? I at least need drip-proof.

Although mine is in my truck and dry, it certainly looks drip proof, but I wouldn’t go so far as to say “waterproof”. It’s a pretty great toolbox!

Is the tray inside metal or plastic?

It is plastic, but it is sturdy. Not a bad toolbox at all. A little smaller than I thought it would be though.
