I had researched beanbag chairs for my Grandson. This beanbag was the only one I could find that was soft, smushy and wouldn't hurt someone if he threw it at them. My Grandson is 3. He fits well in it and actually sinks into it like a traditional beanbag chair. He can carry it, with a little effort, as it is surprisingly lightweight. He lays in it to look at books and watch a few minutes of TV. He also sits in it to play his piano. He and his parents play with it together. It does help him to be still for a while. Normally he is constantly walking around. The cover is soft and very "smushy". The texture seems pleasing to him, as he rubs his fingers on the surface and he lays back in it. Although the cover does wipe clean, eating while seated in it would probably shorten the life of the chair. It is hard to define the size of the chair. My Grandson wears a 3T in clothing. He fits very easily in the chair with room to grow. I am guessing that he would fit well the chair until he is about 7 or 8 years old. After that, I think it would fit him more like a soft chair and he wouldn't sink into it anymore. Even as a soft chair it would be great as he wouldn't fall off of, or out of it like a regular chair. He could also fidget while seated in it without falling.

It’s a great bean bag, I just wish they made it in a bigger size!

It is a good product. It seems to hold up well and my son likes it, but I was really surprised how small it was for the price. Had it been bigger, or cheaper, I would have rated it better.

Too small. Returned to replace with the larger one.

Size was smaller than expected.
