Very handy. Exactly what I needed. Way easier than the older kind that you had to pound with a hammer, especially when you’re working with something not on the ground. I made a liner for my minivan so we could haul messy bags of mulch, etc. I positioned the tarp where I wanted it then punched holes and placed grommets exactly where needed to attach bungee cords, etc. Kinda fun :)

I've used this grommet tool a lot on Jeep bikini tops for the Roxor Willys. It's awesome. Here are two quick tips: When you cut your holes, if the fabric is thick and hard, don't put your holes too far from the edge because the throat of this crimping tool isn't real large. With a small throat, you don't have a lot of room to bunch the edge material into the throat so you can reach the hole. Also, after you place your grommet and eyelet in the crimping tool (it's magnetically held, which is a huge help), slip the fabric into the tool and use the grommet nipple as your guide, slipping it into the fabric's hole before you squeeze the crimp. This makes the alignment perfect so the grommet is much less likely to ever come loose. Their hole cutter is awesome. I've been cutting grommet holes through thick heavy material with just one strike of the hammer. And the holes are perfect. 5stars. Great product. (Though I admit that I haven't used this on thin material.)

Heavy tool construction and it presses in a very nice rolled-on-the-other-side grommet, very snug and secure. Used carefully with the punch tool, it's a decent installation.

Nice case,grommets, etc, but......they skimped on the plastic backer. I used a rubber ber mallet and didnt even hit it hard. It shattered. Just get your own piece of wood. For reference, im in my it's and female.

You get what you pay for Worth the extra $ 🤩 well made easy to. The case makes it easy to store and keeps you organized

First few uses were great, haven't used it since. Used it on poster board and cut through it effortlessly and looks good. Tons of different sizes of grommets is very helpful.

Het gereedschap zelf is degelijk. Goede kwaliteit. Om goed aan te knijpen moet je de handvatten echter helemaal tegen elkaar aan knijpen. Ook dat is prima. Maar ik wil graag met rvs werken en je kan nergens vinden van welk materiaal de meegeleverde ogen zijn. Om die reden nieuwe 10mm rvs ogen gekocht en deze passen niet. Deze toolkit is dus alleen maar voor hun eigen materiaal. Net een fractie van een millimeter groter. Heel vervelend.

Funziona molto bene ed è facile da usare. Ottima per fare occhielli a teloni etc.

Bought a cheaper model and was useless... paid a bit more for this one and it works brilliantly. Simple to use and consistent results. Also supplied with a good amount of grommets
