This replaced my dad's old iphone 4s charging cable, fingers crossed as I plugged it in. Nothing. NO!!! Then the red outlined battery appeared, YES!!! It charged letting me save a few videos and over 500 pics he never backed up and thought he lost them all. I'll surprise him later with those. That being said this little cable ticks off all the checkboxes for me. As long as your device has the same style port as the iphone 4s it should work I'm guessing. Good quality, good price and doesn't take up much space at all.

Good product at a good price

Excellent product at a good price. Arrived in a timely fashion, and helped solve a technical problem I was having with some old electronics.

Item arrived in time and was as described. Color is white and it’s a normal charging cable. A little bit slow charging but it is for an older iPad.

I had gotten this for an old iPod and it works, but I had difficulty inserting it and removing it. When I pulled it out the top separated from the part you plug in on the first time I used it. So that I could see the wires inside. I pushed it back together and it still works, but I don’t know how long it will last with that happening with the first use. So I would say that the durability isn’t good. I just have to very careful with it, as it seems that it was not actually glued together when manufactured. Update: The company has great customer service and they sent a replacement, so I gave an extra star, but the product seems to be exactly the same issue with sticking very securely in the device, but then separating when pulling it out. You just have to do it carefully, as it pushes back together and still works. I guess these are just snapped together not actually glued which is why that happens, but it still works so all is good, just be gentle with it. It doesn’t cost much and as it is hard to get these old cables anymore, it is fine. Just be very gentle with it.

These cables work well and it's great to have a set of two since anybody can lose a cable and since these use the very old 30-pin connectors of early iPods and early iPhones, it's even more imperative to have these on hand. In the modern world where everything is using USB-C connectors (until the next great connector comes along) connectors specific to older devices are harder to find, so buy this and keep that old iPod or iPhone working as long as possible!
