Powered by innovative Fast Brew technology, the machine rapidly brews 14-cups of coffee up to 20% faster*. The intuitive display features a touch-screen to select the brewing process. BrewChoice Plus offers four brewing options—fast, regular, bold or over ice; select your coffee of choice and the built-in brewing signal will alert you when it’s ready. Our refined brewing process retains the coffee’s full-bodied aromas even when poured over ice, so no sip ever tastes watered down; The stainless steel accented FlavorCarafe seals in the flavor, minimizing external air exposure to ensure the coffee’s rich, nuanced flavors are part of every cup. Keep your coffee warm for up to 4 hours on the SteadyTemp Warming Plate that lets you specify an ideal temperature – low, medium or high. A fully automatic 24-hour programmable timer means your much-needed first cup of coffee will be waiting for you when you want it. The front view-level water indicator clearly indicates the precise water levels required for every use. Pair that with the built-in charcoal water filter and you can rest assured no impurities will impact the taste of your fresh brew. And thanks to the automated descaling warning, the machine will inform you when its to be cleaned. As for the removable parts, place them in the dishwasher after every use—it’s that easy. The PureFlavor Coffee Maker makes savoring your favorite brew simple. *Compared to the Braun KF7170 on Bold. Review: The coffee maker you won’t regret buying - This is the best coffee pot I have ever owned and believe me, I have owned a lot of different brands from Bunn to Kurig to Mr. Coffee. This beats them all! The taste of the coffee this coffee maker makes is phenomenal!! It is better than going out for coffee! I love all the different options from how strong or weak you want your coffee to be, how fast you want it to brew, to how hot you want the temperature of your coffee to be. It also has the great feature of how long you want your coffee to keep warm. It looks very nice in my kitchen and goes with all my other appliances. Oh and I have to mention that I no longer have to buy coffee filters so you will be saving money there and every dollar saved is a BIG deal in today’s economy. I would definitely recommend this coffee maker above any other it is the best tasting coffee I have ever had so if you are thinking about buying a great coffee maker, choose this one! You won’t regret it!! Review: Makes a great cup of coffee, but…. - Coffee maker constantly leaked water onto the warmer. Making it hiss and bubble. Looks like it leaks down the back wall onto the warmer. All my braun coffee makers have been great in the past. This one sucks. Hard to use controls. $100 bucks and my old black and decker $25 coffeemaker did a better job. SO DISAPPOINTED. ## Features - BREWCHOICE PLUS SELECTION: Fast, regular, bold, or over ice, BrewChoice Plus makes it easy to select your best brew. - KEEP BOLD TASTE OVER ICE: Brew Over Ice, an optimized brewing process designed to be brewed over ice and maintain its bold, flavorful taste. - FAST BREW TECHNOLOGY: Fast Brew makes it easy to brew 14 cups of carafe coffee up to 20% faster. - 14-CUP FLAVORCARAFE: The 14 cup FlavorCarafe uniquely designed to ensure coffee stays warmer longer while maintaining the coffee’s aromatic flavor. - STEADYTEMP WARMING PLATE: Low, medium or high, the SteadyTemp Warming Plate lets you set your desired keep warm temperature up to 4 hours. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B096TYCRZV | | Best Sellers Rank | #66,645 in Home & Kitchen ( See Top 100 in Home & Kitchen ) #90 in Coffee Machines | | Brand | Braun | | Brand Name | Braun | | Capacity | 14 cups | | Coffee Input Type | Ground, Whole Bean | | Coffee Maker Type | Drip Coffee Machine | | Color | Black | | Customer Package Type | Standard Packaging | | Customer Reviews | 3.8 out of 5 stars 1,506 Reviews | | Exterior Finish | Gloss | | Filter Type | Reusable | | Human Interface Input | Buttons | | Included Components | Carafe, Filter, Measuring Cup | | Item Dimensions D x W x H | 8.7"D x 9.3"W x 14.8"H | | Item Type Name | Drip Coffee Machine | | Item Weight | 6.3 pounds | | Manufacturer | Braun | | Material | Aluminum, Plastic, Stainless Steel | | Model Name | KF5650BK Pure Flavor | | Model Number | KF5650BK | | Number of Items | 1 | | Operation Mode | Fully Automatic | | Other Special Features of the Product | Adjustable Brew Strength, Auto Shut-Off, Carafe, Includes Hot Plate, Programmable | | Part Number | KF5650BK | | Power Source | Corded Electric | | Product Dimensions | 8.7"D x 9.3"W x 14.8"H | | Recommended Uses For Product | Home, Office | | Special Feature | Adjustable Brew Strength, Auto Shut-Off, Carafe, Includes Hot Plate, Programmable | | Specific Uses For Product | Coffee Making, Drip Coffee, Iced Coffee | | Style | Modern | | Unit Count | 1 Count | | Voltage | 120 volts | | Warranty Description | 3 year manufacturer | | Wattage | 1200 watts | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Braun - **Capacity:** 14 cups - **Color:** Black - **Product Dimensions:** 8.7"D x 9.3"W x 14.8"H - **Special Feature:** Adjustable Brew Strength, Auto Shut-Off, Carafe, Includes Hot Plate, Programmable ## Images ![Braun PureFlavor 14-Cup Programmable Coffee Maker w/FlavorCarafe, Hot/Iced - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71qY7QdjqtL.jpg) ![Braun PureFlavor 14-Cup Programmable Coffee Maker w/FlavorCarafe, Hot/Iced - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81kF9KNOzAL.jpg) ![Braun PureFlavor 14-Cup Programmable Coffee Maker w/FlavorCarafe, Hot/Iced - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71eBqa8cnsL.jpg) ![Braun PureFlavor 14-Cup Programmable Coffee Maker w/FlavorCarafe, Hot/Iced - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71WM7ZtZz1L.jpg) ![Braun PureFlavor 14-Cup Programmable Coffee Maker w/FlavorCarafe, Hot/Iced - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71AjVZEhWBL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Color** options. ## Questions & Answers **Q: Is the clock display blue or white light?** A: It displays white light **Q: I want to use a paper cone filter instead of the Braun metal filter. What size of filter should I use? 10-12 cup or larger?** A: I know that the carafe for this unit is a 14cup carafe so I would suggest using a slightly larger paper filter than a 10-12 cup paper filer. **Q: does it make good coffee when brewing less than 14 cups? We typically make about 6 cups at a time.** A: Worst coffee maker. Very difficult to setup clock, alarm, temp controls and hot plate. To answer specifically, we have never breeed < 14 cups. Also any time electricity goes out you have reset everything again. Not recommended by me. **Q: How tall and wide is it?** A: Hello, this unit's measurements are 8.7x14.8x9.3. Thank you. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The coffee maker you won’t regret buying *by D***K on August 23, 2026* This is the best coffee pot I have ever owned and believe me, I have owned a lot of different brands from Bunn to Kurig to Mr. Coffee. I would definitely recommend this coffee maker above any other it is the best tasting coffee I have ever had so if you are thinking about buying a great coffee maker, choose this one! You won’t regret it!! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Makes a great cup of coffee, but…. *by B***Y on October 20, 2025* Coffee maker constantly leaked water onto the warmer. ### ⭐ Touchscreen is hot garbage. *by P***S on July 23, 2026* DO NOT PURCHASE. Touchscreen is awful. If you doubt me, check online for a video of someone trying to program this risibly overdigitized bit of kit. There is only one video on YT and it is apparent from the editing and repeated steps that even he can’t actually program it. The coffee maker itself is fine but the touchscreen is frustrating beyond endurance. It would be a 5 star machine if it had buttons but the touchscreen is so finicky that merely setting the correct time is a brutally annoying ordeal. Someday, future generations will look back on touchscreens with the same sense of bewilderment and pity that we use for leaded paint, asbestos, and cigarettes. I would prefer ANY coffee maker built between 1987 and 2020 with actual buttons over this stupidly designed and unworkably sketchy design. ## Frequently Bought Together - Braun Pure Flavor 14 Cup Drip Coffee Maker, 14 cup, Black, KF5650BK - NRP Braun Coffeemakers Replacement Charcoal Water Filter BRSC004 BrewSense Drip Series 12-pack - Braun Gold Tone Permanent Coffee Filter, Reusable #4 Cone Shaped, No Paper Filter Needed, Fits Coffee Makers Series 7 & Series 9, BRSC002 --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.com.pa/products/344382000-braun-pureflavor-14-cup-programmable-coffee-maker-w-flavorcarafe-hot](https://www.desertcart.com.pa/products/344382000-braun-pureflavor-14-cup-programmable-coffee-maker-w-flavorcarafe-hot) --- *Product available on Desertcart Panama* *Store origin: PA* *Last updated: 2026-10-09*
