An Almost Perfect Replacement For An iPod.
I say almost a perfect replacement because there's only one little nitpick while it is a perfect replacement for the inline audio cord from my iPod to my Bose QuietComfort 25 noise cancellation headphones it unfortunately does not appear to have one operation that the original audio line had and that is being capable to repeatedly press the down button to continually bring down the volume even if the iPod was in locked mode, it seems like it can only go down one level of volume, and then it just stops. Likewise, when going up in volume, outside of that, though, I will say in every other way an absolutely perfect, if not superior, replacement to the original OEM cord that came with my QuietComfort 25 noise cancellation headphones from Bose. The cord itself is actually really nice, and it feels really nice too; it has a nice look to it, the connectors on both ends are really nice and snug and perfectly fit and don't come out easily. So like I was saying before, it's basically a 99% perfect replacement, other than that one nitpick of mine.

It's a new item but I tried it and I liked it. Gave me what I wanted out of it. Durability TBD
I was searching for a replacement cable for my son's akg wired headphones but was also looking for a cable for my Bluetooth akg headphones. The 2.5m side goes into the headphones and provides me an alternative in case I run out of power or in case I can't use the Bluetooth on the plane. Plugged it in and got some really good sound coming out of it. The cable itself seems like a really high quality piece. Good outer braided cover with a 90 degree bend on the 3.5mm side and straight in on the 2.5mm side. It's about 5 feet long (eyeballing it but I think the measurement is listed on the description). For my s6 tablet, I don't have an actual 3.5mm headphone port. I have to use a USB c adapter to get the audio. But what was a nice surprise was that all the incline buttons worked. The volume up and down and the pause/play worked without a problem. That's nice to know and to have but I probably won't make much use of this. I usually don't but it's still good to know that it works. Because I wasn't using the Bluetooth feature of my headphones, I just plugged it in and away I went. Worked great and I had to turn down the volume when I started streaming the music. I don't think quality or volume are an issue. I think I'll be getting another one for my son's headphones now that I know this works just fine. Problem with his headphones is they have a connector that must go pretty far into the headphones so I need to make sure that fits. Otherwise, I'll be picking up another.

Good quality
Quality as expected. Bought to replace my bose QC45 cable. Tried the stereo and worked fine. Did not have the chance to test the mic, but the computer test was good and will revise if it has a problem. Having the plug in L is great as it avoids that occasional bumps will break it (as it happened with my original ones).

A decent replacement cord for Bose QC25.
This is a decent replacement cord for Bose QC25. Positives: * It works and the sound is good enough. * The buttons work as they should, for most part (see below). * The cord is braided and as a result, it is very soft (which the original isn't.) Negatives: * The 2.5mm connector, which goes into the headphone, is little harder to pull out than the original. The size of the 2.5mm connector is a perfect size and it's not the size that makes it more difficult to pull out. Rather, the "grooves" in the connector (the 2 lines) seem to be "holding onto" the female connector harder. Perhaps over use, it will get easier, I don't know. * While the buttons do work, pressing the middle button 3 times to go back a song isn't working as I would expect. While it does go back a track, it doesn't automatically play. You must press 3 times to go back a song, then press it one more time to play. (Meanwhile, pressing the middle button 2 times will go to the next song AND play the song.) All in all, I am pretty happy with the purchase. I am not sure of the durability quite yet. Will report back if there are any issues in that regard.

New life for Bose SoundTrue headphones
Very happy with this cable that has given new life to my Bose SoundTrue headphones. The build quality is excellent, much better than the original. Cloth insulation is smooth and attractive and resists tangling. The shielding on the 2.5mm TRRS plug is slim and fits easily in the recessed jack in the headphone body. Volume controls feel solid and responsive to the touch. If you've been searching for a good replacement cable, you won't be disappointed.

It’s been less than two years, and it’s going bad
I’ve been very careful to treat this cord well. I’ve kept it loosely coiled in my Bose case. I’ve been careful not to kink or yank it. The connection is going bad. The sounds will go in and out if I move the cord just by turning my head. I know that it’s not the headphones because they work great on Bluetooth mode. I know that the cord was not very expensive, but I’m disappointed in the product.

Muy buen producto
Excelente.

Works as a charm!
This cable is fantastic: used on the Bose Quiet Comfort: 1) Built Quality is outstanding; 2) Long enough for any use; 3) Buttons (volume, stop, pause, advance, etc.) at the 2.5mm end work as advertise - perfectly! Simply love this very flexible cable!

Perfect replacement
This replacement cable for my Bose headphones was not available anywhere except with this seller. It works as good as the original Bose cable.

Buena calidad
Buen sonido, buena calidad de materiales. Los botones de volumen funcionan bien en mis auriculares Bose. El micrófono parece no tener muy buena calidad de sonido pero excelente opción si solo escuchas música.

Can't turn the MIC off
It's a good quality product. Love the angled 3.5mm, and nice braided cord. But you can't turn the MIC off. The original cord for my Bose AE2 didn't have this issue. I use the headphones with my XBOX, so it's a bit annoying that it's always on.
