Lions main repairs brain cells
You may not notice significant effects like you would with a pre-workout supplement. However, this has residual benefits in the long term. More about delaying deterioration than enhancing performance

Mild benefits. Price tag is a poor fit for the product. Too expensive for what it provides.
Not so fast....The price on this item is far too expensive for the benefits it provides. I'll consider it again, if PhD re-think their price. Also, I have tried many Nootropics in the past. I can compare this product with many others. £20.00 + for a mid range product? No thanks. People are already struggling financially. Average product at best. Not worth the pricetag.

Effective and great focus
Used this for a few weeks now and it definitely helps me feel more focused for my gym sessions. Feel I'm more effective, energised and not easliy distracted. The packaging arrived safely and securely in a metal container, labelling on the sides. The capsules are a reasonable in size, no issues swallowing them. Great nootropic supplement to get you focused

Good
Good nootropic capsules. They are good as a pre-workout especially if you dont want a load of caffeine. I tend to use them as such if I workout in the afternoon/evening. I find them effective and certainly find a good effect form them. Great in the afternoon to get past a lull.

Not great
It made me fall asleep, and give me anxiety. Have tried it for 3 days think my body needs to adjust but it didn't so stopped using it.

The smell….
The smell: PDH need to find a way to make this smell better, opening the tin to get one is fairly nauseating… taking a capsule is just as bad. Actual effects: I could sense no noticeable difference after the first capsule. I will slowly up the dosage to the RDA of 3 and see if there are any improvements or side effects.

Don't seem to have any effect
I'm quite used to taking supplements for effects on concentration, brain fog etc. and so I know what it feels like when they work. This has no palpable effect on me, I also chose it for value for money because there were more pills in the box than the alternative but what they don't specify is that's because they've made it 3x a day instead of the competition which was 2x a day so the maths works out that this box lasts LESS time despite being fuller.
