This device is perfect for me to take to work so I can get quick relief when needed. Simple to use and the sides provide different levels of pressure. I found it best to steady the device with a hand to get the best from it. Highly recommend.

It has helped! I like the flat blade-like edge for my neck. It does slip abit, but that helps the unknotting of muscles. 10mins today has resolved a week of tenderness & its cheaper than the osteopath!

Seems OK but the edges were very blunt and created a lot of pressure (the groove where your spine goes), just painful

It hurts in a nice way I have 6 discs out in my neck and this item has loosened the tight muscles on sides of neck allowing me too finally get some sleep

Product did not come with directions, had to refer to listing photos for placement. Doesn't say how long to assume the position with the device. What I did try based on the products was incredibly painful and made me dizzy. At the very least there should be a video on how to use product on the listing.
