Way more difficult to assemble and detail then I expected. Does have nice detail though.

Nice kit but unpainted
Nicely made n scale structure but beware that this is unpainted and painting the small parts can be very difficult. Also applying the decals requires very careful work to not damage them while applying to the model.

Great structure
This is a very nice structure. The roof was a little tricky. A great addition to my train set.

Very detailed, but moderately difficult.
As other reviewers have stated this is a highly detailed kit, but has issues in several areas. First, there are few instructions. Second, realize there are many hours of work necessary to achieve the results pictured on the box. I don’t regret buying or building this structure because it really offers a point of interest for the layout. Just recognize what you are getting into before you commit. This kit will help you understand why pre-assembled and painted structures are so expensive.

Missing the Base Part 1 - Same issue as other reviewers
Missing the Base Part 1 - Same issue as some other reviewers. No option to get part only, so I have to make my own base which makes it harder to alighn the walls. For the price I expect better. Also does not readily accept paint and needs multiple coats.
