i LOVEE these pens. I realized recently that I wanted to try a smaller point pen, and these are great. The color variety I got is perfect. 2 black, 1 blue, 1 red, 1 green. The ink on these last a very good amount of time. I haven't experienced any leakage with these. The ink does skip sometimes for me, but i would say 95% of the time its smooth like butter.currently these are my favorite pens to take notes with. and not badly priced either.

I have always preferred Pilot G2 pens for writing. I have never had one bleed all over my stuff, as I have had other gel pens do. I like them as they write smoothly, and clearly. They are also not very expensive in consideration to how long they last. The only issue I've had is one or two random pens no longer inking for some reason, I want to emphasize this is not a common fault. You don't have to press down hard to get good results, the ink glides on smoothly.As far as the colored pack goes this is for my geology class, and having color distinctions when labeling things are a plus.Be warned though, the ink does not stand up well to water - if your paper gets wet it will get pretty blurry. I prefer them to pencils still though, as pencils tend to smudge, no matter what quality of paper their on, given enough time. I have yet to find better pens in regard to water resistance.

As a novelist and illustrator, I'm a natural born pen snob. I'm specific about ink type, tip size, barrel shape, you name it. I strictly use Gelly Roll Moonlight pens for art, and Pilot v7 and v5 pens for drafting. I wanted something a little more comfortable for journaling and my personal planner, and remembered having a set of colored G2 pens that I loved back in high school, so I gave these a shot.They are above-average pens. They're more comfortable to hold for long periods of time than a V5. But they're not quite stellar enough to give you that, "Oh my God, it writes so SMOOTH!" type of feeling. I have some minor issues with slight skipping, making my handwriting look messier. The colors are a bit dull, compared to other basic black/blue/green/red assortments. They're still good, better than 98% of the pens I've ever tried. I'll still use them on days when my upping my word count is more important than writing very neatly. They're just not quite AS amazing as I feel they used to be.

I researched a lot before buying this and u might ask why? Well i get really frustrated when pens start to dry in the middle or stop being smooth and as a person who likes to use poem a paper, i decided to look for a nice pen instead of just buying a random one and i think i found it! These are amazing! So smooth and smudge free! Comes in variety of Color and different bleed on the paper either!I am people hooked! I don’t think I’m gonna try any other pen.

Pilot G2s are some of the best most reliable pens around, easily some of my favorites.

I’m a big advocate of G2 Pilot pens. In college, it has been carrying me throughout my engineering pathway.With multicolors, I am able to do various graphs and problems, and easily identify certain procedures. These pens bleed smooth, without the tip being too bulky or too sharp that it’ll scratch the paper. It’s the perfect blend of smooth, and precise. Can’t recommend enough.

Ever since I started using these pens, the store I used to get them at stop selling them so I’m glad I found them on here. They’re one of the best pens I’ve ever used no matter of the temperature -35. They still work love these pens.

These are literally the best pens you can get that are affordable, ling lasting and archival/non smearing.I have been using g2 for more than 15 years, as a graphic designer and journalist.
