Yes as far as focus is concerned it helped very much so but when you weren't able to keep up with the dosage the with drawl was not good. The feeling of lost depression anger was overwhelming I like to do that with supplements I take I want to cycle on them to see how they affect me and the Intelieral had some bad side affects😳

Took for one month. Now have an ulcer. Inly thing different during that month. Had to have endoscopy and now on meds. Would not recommend
