Excellent bright nightlight is suitable for a dark hallway. I was looking for a high quality adjustable night light that casts a bright, clean white light.

Very bright! Love that the light is adjustable and it's a good thing, because it's really bright if left it at max setting. The second thing I need to point out is the 2 prong plug is same in size, which works for me due to the outlet plug I have has the big and small prong facing the wrong way.

it's perfect for my cat's litter closet: I leave it on low setting so he can see, then turn up to bright when I'm cleaning so I can see. We are both happy! It is brighter than most night lights on the brightest setting which is nice. Only complaint: I would turn it lower if I could, but there's nothing between moderately dim and off. But it's perfect for my uses.

I bought one of these several years ago and when it stopped working I didn't doubt buying another one. I realize they don't last forever and their functionality is worth replacing when needed. I don't need to turn on the light to use the bathroom at night which keeps me sleepy so I can fall back to sleep. It's great to be able to control the brightness.

It's great for the halls or bathrooms at night. It has a adjustable brightness feature you slide left to right or vice versa. To turn if off you have to slide the button to the far left, it maybe a problem for some people because there is no on/off switch. It auto turns on/off when it's starting to get dark. The turns on when you turn on the light ceilings lights after about 10-15 secs. The sensor isn't as sensitive as GE's other night light the Ultra Brite Light Bar where the light turns off instantly when the ceiling lights come on. I don't have problem with that.
