I loved this earbud so much I reordered 2 more (1 for myself & 1 for my sister) I had a problem with 1 of the earbuds not charging & wrote the seller & they replaced almost immediately. I really like that these are so small, they last quite a long time, and they sound quite good. The audio response is in English Only which is a big plus compared to some other earbuds I've tried & got stuck in Chinese and don't flash all the time like my stereo earbuds do. I use the largest cushion to make it fit my ear and have never had it fall out. Probably offering another large size earbud cover would be better than the small size. I ordered the 2nd one for myself because I use it to listen to audio books around the house and streaming videos without disturbing family members at night on my ipad & iphone and I always have a charged earbud ready. I don't really use it for my phone so can't say how well it works for calls. I wish there was a way to rename the earbud when I turn on the bluetooth as they both appear as the same name and sometimes I click on the wrong name & have to wait for it to time out to click the second earbud. Sometimes I just tell my device to 'forget this device' & the active one reappears. The earbud comes with a really nice zippered case with 2 usb chargers & 3 earpiece adapters. Great price for such a compact, easy to use device. UPDATE: I still love(d) this earbud but alas it is not waterproof & didn’t survive the washing machine. I’m soooo sad & to replace is really quite a bit more than I originally paid. I used it mostly for audio books, music while working around the house and watching youtube videos at night. Have ordered a set of waterproof earbuds for less than this one would cost so will see if they work out. If not, I’ll be biting the bullet & buying this one again.

First the good. It fits comfortably in my ear. I was surprised by that, I have problems sometimes with ear buds falling out. This one is light and secure for what I use it for. I got it to listen to podcasts and talk radio. I got this one and a different brand. This one is more comfortable and I find the tone more pleasing. I don't care for the way music sounds but that has more to do with listening to music with one ear than the device. My hearing isn't very good anymore and I am apprehensive about using things like headphones and ear buds. If I keep the volume at a low level I find it very easy to listen to speech through this. I mainly use it at work in the lab. I also love the chargers. Its very easy to connect to the contacts. My concern though is that the blue charging light only lights up for a few seconds. I'm not sure if it's really charging. I only use it for 2 or 3 hours and so far it has not run down the past few days that I've used it. I am going to see how long it lasts before it runs down, and see if it will recharge. Apparently this is an issue for a few users judging from the reviews. Hopefully it will not malfunction. I like this one so much I may get another as a backup, hopefully customer service will make it good though. If I have no issues in a few weeks I will bump my review to 5 stars. Other than the questionable charging issue it's perfect. eta: It's humming along just fine. I think the issue with the charging was because it wasn't run down enough to need to charge long. I've been using this for over a week now, it's been great! Update #3. I love this thing so much I got another! I get 6 hours of talking. I even used it answering the phone a couple of times and when I asked people how I sounded they could hear me just fine. I really love the charger. So much easier than the micro USB. I got 3 different ear buds and this one is the best. I'm surprised at how far the Bluetooth goes. I can go anywhere in the lab and not disconnect.

I bought this because I like the idea of a magnetic, set it & forget it charger. The G10s have a small barrel/pin charger, so those were out. First things first. This comes with two of the magnetic chargers. That's good, because I tried to straighten the first one, and it broke straight off; like it had been glued in position or something. Not a great first start, but the second charger was fine, and at the price.... This earbud sounds good. Not great, not abysmal, just good. And for $16, good is better than expected. You're not going to be blown away by deep bass, but you're poor eardrums are also not going to be assaulted by tin-ny high-ends. It's just a capable ear bud at a great price. Although, I'm assuming that if you're an audiophile and concerned about bass, 1) you're not looking for a single ear bud experience, and b) you're going to pay for better fidelity. The fit on this is okay. It small and really, really unnoticeable for a long wearing period. I wouldn't think to try too much activity with this, because unlike over ear hooks or in ear wings, this has neither to keep this little sucker in your ear hole.That said, its so small that I can go to the grocery store wearing a beanie hat and no one gives me the look of scourge which says that I'm being unsociable by wearing headphones while getting my shop on. Because, you know, I've made SO many random friends at the grocery store. Bluetooth distance is good, and while there is some lag when watching video, this actually seems to catch up and correct itself after a minute or so. I mostly use this with my iPhone 7 plus - I should really try it on my 2009 iMac, which is notorious for Bluetooth lag. Battery life is as advertised, in my experience, which is really, really good considering how small this thing is. Volume is pretty loud and controlled by your device. If anything, I with the volume output could be turned down. When I put my iPhone down to 1 volume bar, the output volume on this is still pretty loud. So loudness is not an issue, but quietness may be. If there's one thing I'm going to jab on it's this - What is WITH those voice promt, GoNovate? Are those retired porn stars? That voice is ridiculous. Just go with some English bird like Kate Beckinsale or some Oxford sounding lass, like everyone else does. It's really bad.

I purchased the G8 model and am very satisfied with its operation. Easy to pair up with any device, I use it watching TV and also with my new iPhone 7 plus. No problems hearing people or the TV which comes in loud and clear. Using it with my new phone I have not had anyone tell me they couldn't hear me, in fact I don't think anyone has even inquired if I was using a Bluetooth device. Clairity is exceptional and having 2 charging devices is a real plus and charging is a breeze with the magnetic hold onto the USB charger. I can highly recommend this device to anyone who may want to have a way to listen to TV late at night so as not to disturb others and also as a mobile device used as a hands free option. This device sits cleanly in the ear and can't be seen and is most comfortable to wear. No distortion, no outside noise interference when using it with the phone even with my window open. Best of all, I had an issue with a previous model and was thrilled at how quickly there customer support handled the situation and provided me with complete satisfaction. Next time I'm in the market for another one, I will not even be looking around for different options, I'll just pirchase another G8 without even thinking about it.......highly recommend if your in the market for a reasonably priced device which rivals the more more expensive units which preform no better and possibly not as good as the one. You can't go wrong with the the GoNovate G8.

PROS: - lightweight and comfortable - connects quickly - long battery life - pretty good sound quality CONS: - broke after only 4 uses! - customer service was completely unhelpful BACKGROUND: I purchased the GoNovate earbud because I was intrigued by the thought of having a small bluetooth earbud that was discrete, carried a long battery life, and had seemingly strong reviews. I expected to use this while walking about, and even while driving (since it is only in one ear) to listen to audio books mostly, and occasionally music. DESCRIPTION: I admit, I did not use this as much as I thought because I usually resorted to normal earbuds in both ears rather than this single. In the limited times I used the GoNovate earbud, I was pretty impressed with how quickly it connected to my phone or laptop, the sound quality was pretty good, the fit was rather comfortable, and the long battery life. Unfortunately, the earbud broke after ONLY 4 TIMES OF USING IT! I searched other reviews and there seems to be quite a few people that have the same issue. After some time, the earbud no longer charges, and then never turns on again. On the charger (I tried both), the blue light turns on for a few seconds (indicating that it is charging), then it just turns off. The earbud never turned on again. To make things worse, I contacted GoNovate directly and they refused to help, replace, repair, or offer any explanation for their defective product. I just received an apology that stated I was outside of my warranty window, which was never clearly expressed anywhere either. CONCLUSION: Definitely unhappy. Spending $20 on an item that works a handful of times and then breaks is ridiculous. Customer service was completely unhelpful. I recommend purchasing a different product that doesn't break after such a short number of uses, and from a company that actually stands behind their products.

I've had two of these earbuds for over a year. In most ways they are ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. And I say five stars given the price point. Obviously these do not compare to $150 noise canceling earbuds. These are designed to be low profile, and to charge quickly. The sound is not tinny or echoey it's clear, the range is surprisingly far. ⭐⭐⭐⭐ - low profile, barely visible ⭐⭐⭐⭐ - easy to charge and charge lasts more than 4hrs ⭐⭐⭐⭐ - range is great ⭐⭐⭐⭐ - worked for more than 2 years of regular use ⭐ - can't listen to dialogue I really like them. They've lasted well the battery is still charging without any trouble. It lasts more than 4 hours. The only problem I have is that it's impossible to listen to audiobooks or podcasts because the earbuds go into a power saving mode after even one second of quiet.... This power saving mode then causes the first word of every sentence after a pause to get cut off. Making listening to dialogue maddening. I've tried every hack I can think of including installing a brown noise generator onto my phone and nothing works to get these things to stop cutting off dialogue.

I got this so I can discreetly listen to podcasts and TV shows/movies while I'm at work. Previously, my team leader had given me a different bluetooth earpiece, and it was hard, uncomfortable, and the battery would die in less than 2 hours of listening. I lost it, and decided to buy this one off of Amazon. I am extremely pleased so far- I've had it about 3 weeks now, I think, and it's sooooooooo much better in every way than the ear piece I had before. First and foremost, this thing is extraordinarily comfortable. I've actually had issues wearing earbuds of any kind for my whole life; they would always end up hurting my ears even with very light (less than 30 min) use. Not this. I can wear this thing all day and my ear doesn't hurt at all! Sound quality is very good. The first time I used it, there was kind of this high pitched tinny noise, but it only lasted less than a minute and I haven't heard it since. Battery life is AMAZING. Typically I come into work around 7:30 and start listening. Around noon I take my lunch, so I put my ear piece on the charger during that. I can then resume listening after my meager 30 min lunch and it lasts the rest of the day. It has yet to die on me at all. FAR better than my previous ear piece which would last about 1.5 hours before dying. I can't speak to the quality of calls as I never really call anyone and if I do, I just use my phone the traditional way. I've never tried to use this to make a call. I also love the charger- the magnet makes it super easy to just stick it into place quickly! It's awesome! Overall this product has exceeded my expectations and I am super, SUPER happy with it. I love it.

this product fits well in the ear , is easy to charge when not using just attach it to the magnetic charger and it starts charging without getting disconnected. Easy to use for call when you are busy working.

Have had these for a few weeks and have been using them daily. Small (a blessing and a curse..have lost one already..) and discrete looking. Great sound (for small, bluetooth device). I listen to podcasts and audiobooks mostly and voice quality is spot on. Range isn't great but that's to be expected and not usually a problem as carrying phone round with me. Connection has been trouble free (Samsung S7 edge and S8 note), with reliable pairing and button responsiveness. Pop in ear, click to connect and click again to start book etc. Best thing is that I can have this popped in while I shower in the morning..very convenient. For reference I use a Sony SBH54 bluetooth device and Dunu Titan 1s for music. edit: now have 3. 1 for listening to books in bed, 1 for walking to work, and 1 back-up in case I forget to charge one of the others.

So now I have three - single earbud earphones that is. My quest and test for the best has revealed that this is it. So far anyway. Quick delivery, a dinky zip-up case for storage of bud and ancillary bits and bobs (important in avoiding rage induced when being unable to find the tiny thing down the back of the chair etc), and a couple of extra silicone buds to cater for the fact that not all ear-canals are the same size and shape. Decent set of instructions but it's easily sorted intuitively with a bit of fiddling about. The sound quality, given the size of the thing is pretty good, with good bass, as much volume as you need (controllable solely from connected device). A battery-charge of about an hour lasts about five and a half hours play-time. Voice warnings for 'power on', 'device connected', 'device disconnected', 'battery high', 'battery low' (five minutes to flat) and 'power off' are really useful. So to summarise: given that you get a selection of buds, a hard-case, a really neat magnetic USB charger/connector (+ one spare), this is for me the best yet. Last and by no means least, the thing weighs next to nothing (4gm) and has passed the 'shake your head' and 'sprint for the bus' test without falling out. A great bit of kit and comfortable enough for you not to realise you're even wearing it. Highly recommended. PS: The phone facility works OK - not brilliant, but given that it's in your ear and the mic is integral it's OK, and at least you're made aware that you've got an incoming text or call even when there's a lot of extraneous noise. Just push the button (there's only one) to answer and once again to terminate, but be aware that if you click it twice then it's going to re-dial your last call. Highly recommended.
