I've never been diagnosed with IBS, but I regularly experienced many of the symptoms including gas, abdominal pain, bloating, and constipation. Within the first week of taking these gummies, I was having 1-2 bowel movements a day without difficulty. A month later, the frequency has decreased slightly to once a day but I feel much better and have only experienced abdominal discomfort once in the past month. These gummies taste great and have a sweet and sour taste. They are easy to chew and don't have a strong ACV smell. I would recommend this supplement for the digestive benefits alone. It's not a magic weight loss pill but it may help suppress your appetite a little. I didn't notice any significant changes in energy. My only complaint is that each gummy contains 3g of sugar. That's 6 extra grams of sugar a day. Part of my health journey includes cutting back on sugar but it's nice to have a sweet treat to look forward to twice a day. Overall, I would recommend to give them a shot. It can't hurt!

Best tasting ACV ever, ever! I have been taking for a decade and love these-look forward to every days 2 o'clock pair of gummies. Great texture. As only a few days do not know how well these will stack up to my Br*ggs out of the bottle mixed with H2o, but did seem less hungry as a whole. the ingredient list matched what I was looking for, dislike added sugars. No change in sleep but not really what they are for.

Update March 2025- Something changed in the ingredients. They are now keto gummies with Stevia in them which gives me a bitter aftertaste. They used to be like a small dessert after dinner or before bed. Not sure what other ingredients have changed but I've heard men taste the aftertaste More than women.. Original review in 2022: My employer is a licensed pharmacist and she recommended apple cider vinegar to reduce heartburn as I like to snack right before bed. I take one or usually two because they taste so good & sometimes I sneak three and never have had heartburn since I started taking them!

I like this product. It definitely has the apple cider vinegar taste, but it’s not that bad really in comparison to others. I don’t know if it really helps me lose weight or not probably the way I eat would make me lose weight, but it does help with the lowering cholesterol and there’s some other benefits of the apple cider. Maybe just helping I don’t know but I buy it I subscribe to it. I get it every month so it’s definitely something that I like and feel beneficial to my health. Give it a try go on give it a try the size I get the 120 and I like that better because the other one I’m afraid would dry Outthe quality of the product is high.
