The base of my finger is very small in comparison to my knuckle. My ring is sized as small as possible to allow it to get over my knuckle. In spite of this, my ring rolls around my finger. I have found that I AM able to put on the ring adjuster after it is on my finger. It is, however, quite difficult to get it off afterward. I am unable to move the ring over my knuckle when it is attached, so I have to remove it in order to remove my ring. As a result, I'm not using it much. But it's nice to know I can use it, especially on those days where I have little water retention and my ring is feeling really loose. Once on, the attachment prong things are kind of visible upon close inspection. Plus, those pieces are kind of pokey and uncomfortable. I was thinking this adjuster would be soft silicone, but it's not. It's a harder plastic. Also, there's only 2 of whatever size fits your finger. So when those 2 wear out, you have to buy the whole shebang again. I guess it's not too big of a deal, since it's fairly affordable.
