This did not work for my 6 year old daughter. We decided to try this instead of what we were currently using because she didn't care for the taste of the vitamins we had. Now, she did enjoy the taste of these and the fact that they are gummy very much. However, the focus factor was the reason of the purchase for us and after switching to this brand her focus got significantly worse. Her teacher said that she's having a hard time focusing lately and I've definitely noticed the same problem at home and in her dance class. We gave it a chance, used the entire bottle and now have purchased a different brand. If you just want a gummy vitamin that taste good. This will do great, but if you're hoping for help focusing... Take at your own risk. Everyone is different so it very well may help others, just not effective for us.
