This is a glossy, clear top coat. It’s the last step in the nail dip process and the third bottle I have purchased. It came encased in bubble wrap which is good because it’s a glass bottle but I wasn’t expecting so much bubble wrap lol. It was nice and liquid ready to be used. The brushes are replaceable so just pull the old one out and pop in a new one. They sell the replacement brushes if you need more. My first bottle of this I used all of it, the second turned into a solid block for some reason. Either it got too hot and solidified or I accidentally contaminated it with some of the powder when doing my nails last but it was not very old (maybe 6 months) so I don’t think it should have been an age thing. All I know is I went to unscrew the cap and the brush wouldn’t come out, as an experiment we broke apart the bottle and it revealed the perfectly formed solid chunk of top coat. It works exactly as a top coat should. It was exactly what I needed and I will buy more bottles in the future. I have used this with other dip powders and it works, you don’t have to use Kiara sky branded ones.

Good service; arrived in good order and ready to use

I have to say that my experience with Kiara Sky has been extremely disappointing. At first, I liked the products. However, after some time, I realized I was repeatedly having to repurchase the top coat and base liquid because they would dry out within about a month. Month after month, I found myself buying the same products again. For the price, this should not be happening. In my opinion, the bottles and brushes do not seem properly designed for the type of chemicals in these products, which may be contributing to them drying out so quickly. Customers should not have to continuously replace products at that rate. I also want to emphasize my experience with customer service. After requesting a refund, the process was made very difficult. My calls were ignored, my emails went unanswered, and I did not receive proper follow-up. I felt dismissed as a customer. The representative who answers the phone was rude and unprofessional in her communication, lacking basic customer service etiquette. A business should be judged not only by its products but also by how it treats its customers. Unfortunately, between the products drying out within a month and the lack of responsive, professional customer service, my overall experience has been very negative.

I purchased this product because I was having issues with the SNS top coat. I actually had one bottle crack and shatter in my hands and the other one the brush bristles hardened together inside the bottle making it hard to put a smooth coat on. After being frustrated with that I bought this product and have not turned back since. This top coat put a even coat on my nails and after 20 minutes of drying it leaves a nice shinny coat on my nails. I usually do one coat let it sit for a minute then do another coat, after that I turn on the fan and let it dry (make sure there is no fan or wind while painting to coats on) but do not touch or hit anything or the coat will finish looking chalky.

By far the best dip gel on the market. I have tried many. None of the others lasted as long or kept nails shiny like this product. My only complaint, the brush gets hard and gel dries fast in the bottle. No matter how careful I am with removing dust, cleaning lip of bottle and keeping bottle open to a minimum

I agree with some of the negative reviews, in that the topcoat can leave the nail looking dry and rough. When I started using the product, I had the same problem, but after a lot of research online, I figured out the one crucial step that has to be done after applying the seal and protect to prevent the dull seep-through effect: give the sealant a few seconds to soak in, then use a lint free cloth to really rub it in until it’s smooth and hard, then wait a minute longer to be sure it’s dry before applying the topcoat. The picture I attached shows my nails after using the clear powder with the Kiara Sky topcoat. It does have a shine to it, maybe not as glossy as some, but I like the subdued effect. And it dries HARD, unlike a regular topcoat. I like that too - but it is hard to work with, and acts a lot like superglue, in fact, the main ingredient, ethyl-2-cyanoacrylate, is the main ingredient in superglue, but if you’re up to the challenge of learning how to work with it, I think it’s worth it.

This works great! With that being said: I haven't tried other brands, but I would like to share an experience that maybe others have experienced.... After I filed and before I applied the seal coating again, I would wipe my fingers/nails with rubbing alcohol to get all the dust off. I learned that this made the top coat brush clump and harden and left the top coat streaky. Washing your hands with just water or giving them a good wipe with a brush and lint free cloth worked as well. I hope this helps others that may have experienced a similar issue. (I did have to buy a new bottle after messing up the first)

I keep buying bottles of the topcoat for 2 reasons 1. I haven’t found an alternative that lasts as long without yellowing or becoming brittle 2. I can never use a bottle for more than a few applications WITH a lot of Brush Cleaner involvement and even then it’s hit or miss with how smooth it coats. The brush hardens almost immediately, even during the FIRST USE. So I buy another bottle and keep trying to figure out how to work with it. I have tried all of the tips and tricks online and the results are inconsistent. Bottom line: I hate this product but I can’t find anything else that lasts as long

Un bon produit, livré rapidement. Il faut juste faire attention à ne pas laisser le bouchon avec le pinceau à l'extérieur du flacon trop longtemps car il a la tendance de sécher. Je l' utilise régulièrement.

Produit très compliqué et épais à utiliser. Après avoir acheté l’intégralité de ce qui était necessaire je suis très déçue par cet achat.

J'avais vue un tuto sur facebook avec ce produit, par curiosité j'ai acheté la base, le seal, et le top puis la poudre. J'ai été très déçue car il faut mettre pleins de couche et j'avais l'impression d'avoir un ongle épais c'était trop moche. En plus super difficile à enlever et abîme l'ongle. Je ne recommande pas.
