This kettle is good to look at but more importantly it boils quickly, it has a wide spout to fill it without overflowing. I thought I may not like the water level indicator being under the handle but to be honest it's not a problem. Excellent value for money, cheaper than on their own site. Very pleased indeed

Used for 6+ months now. Boils for a little longer than expected but live the fillable top. No need to take lid off.

This is a beautiful kettle to look at - especially in the white and silver and a lovely design. It heats up quickly and It is so easy to fill it with the newly designed top. However, it does have a few drawbacks. It has a very short lead, and both the lead and the plug are BLACK! The lead only has to reach up a little way to be plugged in, which is as well, as it had to pulled out to its maximum extent, not allowing it be wound around inside the base. I also found it to be quite heavy. You do need to leave it for a little bit til it stops coughing and spluttering before using it. There is no handbook unless you go back to Argos. So a bit disappointing overall - but I love the look of the kettle and will keep it. I had a very similar some years ago which has only just needed replacing so I imagine this one will last as long too. You can extend the 1 year guarantee to 2 years years when you go onto the Morphy Richards site to register it.

Quick delivery. Excellent Kettle will buy Morphy Richards again. It has a plastic filter so will not break like the others ! Love it.

Great price for a good kettle. Like the ease of filling through the lid aperture. Fast boiling but takes it's time to switch off once at the boil.
