Gold Bond Multi-Symptom Psoriasis Relief Cream, 4 oz, Itchy Skin Relief

I have been diagnosed with Eczema of the scalp for over 20 years. I was initially prescribed with a steroidal prescription cream which I used as infrequently as possible due to the steroids. I was also using several popular over the counter dandruff shampoos. Needless to say, that after all the years, the itch has gotten worse and none of it is working. About two years ago another doctor suggested I use a new, over the counter non-steroidal itch cream which contained anti-inflammatory ingredients to help with a different condition I had on my legs due to my diabetes. This had nothing to do with the Eczema itching. Since this creams main usage was to relieve itching, I decided to start using it on my scalp also. It helped with suppressing the itch but only lasted less than 24 hours. This treatment I have been using for about two years. Therefore, I decided to do some research to help me find a new shampoo. A couple of major hospitals, on-line, recommended the use of a shampoo which contained Salicylic Acid 3% or Cold Tar. I purchased a brand containing the Salicylic Acid that was available on Amazon at a reasonable price. After several uses I found that it worked better than the brands I was currently using. Since it was working better [so far] I decided to look for a cream that contained this ingredient, which is the Gold Bond product I am writing about. I gently rubbed a small amount unto my scalp. Since the product contained the acid, it was not meant to be used in excess to avoid over dryness of the scalp which would lead toward irritation and flaking. Much to my surprise and satisfaction, the product so far is relieving the itching and is lasting about 3 to 4 days. I am hoping that all this leads to solving this age old problem once and for all. AND, the good news is that both the shampoo and this Gold Bond Medicated Cream costs’ a hell of lot less than what I have been using. Thank you Gold Bond and Amazon! PS, just be sure to wash your hands after application to avoid contact with your eyes!

I'm amazed by the difference between this and my prescription cream. Although it doesn't completely stop the itch, it's sufficient. The best part is relief of the dry flakes of skin - it softens them and reduces "tears" from the hard flakes snagging and ripping (psoriasis on my palms), thus decreasing all the open wounds. Not going to bother refilling any more scripts. This is a blessing.

Impressive! My Psoriasis patches have been so stubborn and itchy! The first time I put this on the improvement within minutes stunned me, no joke! I could almost cry, happy tears. 90% of the redness and inflammation is gone! No itch, slight tingling. It's been months since I've seen any improvement and now remember what my normal arms/hands look like. I wish I'd taken a picture! Maybe I'll get into short sleeves before summer is over! It may not work this good for everyone so ignore me but definitely try it. I hope you are as pleased as I am☺️ I've tried everything!

This stuff is nothing short of a miracle! I’ve tried everything prescriptive from my Dermo and GP for my excema and psoriasis and this is hands down the very best ever. Just after two weeks applying it am/pm. It’s actually clearing and I’m thrilled. I wanna be a Gold Bond spokesperson now😂😂😂

Bought this for hubby. It's clearing up his area of psoriasis.

I’m not a big fan of the psoriasis variant. I find it leaves a slippery sheen on my palm. Additionally, it seems to wear off quickly, not adhering to skin, soaking in, whatever you want to call it. For my specific skin, I have found working hands to be best, even the dollar store variant works better. I’ve gone through two bottles of this Goldbond Psoriasis cream with little improvement. I’d say my palm of hand affected are on a severe level of psoriasis symptoms- itchiness, crack and peeling, & cuts. This cream was to supplement my Rx treatment, Vtama (tapinarof 1%).

I have been fighting with the Psoriasis for years, and tired numerous different products, so fas The Gold Bond is the most effective cream for me. The redness and bumpy skin reduced 70 % after two days use. Definitely will buy again.
