This NOVEHA Ultra Warm Compress Eye Mask has a lot going for it. It is comfortable with or without the cover, but the cover is soft and feels great. The weight of the mask is perfect, and the velcro strap keeps it in place on my face. The strap is adjustable for a variety of head sizes. I like that this can be used for heating or cooling purposes, but I ordered this to help my dry eyes, so warmth has been recommended. This mask contains silica beads, which are quite different from the adzuki beans in my previous mask. I hope these silica beads have better longevity than the beans. The beans lost their ability to heat up after a couple of months. The beans also don't cling to my face, but want to settle in weird places. These silica beads mold around my eyes perfectly. There is no smell or anything unpleasant with this mask. It's very effective and easy, and quick to heat up. When my eyes are feeling sore or I have pain of any kind, a nice 5-10 minute warm treatment fixes them right up. The instructions are in the listing, on the box, and there's even a label on the mask itself with the instructions. After I use the mask, I follow up with the NOVEHA Tea Tree & Coconut Oil Eyelid & Lash Wipes, which I highly recommend. Then, I use drops as the last step in my home treatment. I'm glad I found this NOVEHA warm compress eye mask.

This product actually works! I am prone to getting styes. I must wash my face with very hot water first thing every morning in order to avoid getting them. Usually, a stye lasts between 1 and 2 weeks. Using this product helped tremendously. My stye lasted only 4 days. It is simple and easy to use and made better than other similar products. And my husband laughs at me as I look like a pirate when I use it....oh well. :-)

The eye patch is great. We have only used it for heat so far. I only gave 4 stars because of the band. It is very small; it's snug on my 5 year old. I read many reviews about the small size and purchased this particular item because I was going to use it on a child. However, it's even smaller than I expected. I must pull it quite snug on my 5 year old to get it to fit (full disclosure, she does have a larger than average size head). Also, the way the velcro is designed it catches hair very easily. This is a good item, but should be advertised as child sized.

I am thoroughly impressed with this dry eye mask. From the moment I unboxed it, I could tell the quality was far better than I expected for the price. I also appreciate the soft fabric, which feels pleasant on the skin and does not cause irritation.

I loved the idea of this mask—a unilateral heating patch with a strap so I can apply it and be active at the same time. I love that it comes with a cover which is soft, comfortable and seems very durable. But the elastic velcro strap is very small and not very stretchy at all. On the loosest setting it is too tight and applies a very uncomfortable pressure to the eye. I have decided to keep it and will attempt to add an extender. But it’s really uncomfortable to use as-is. If the company were to fix this it would be an all around great product.

Great compress, you dont have to sit and hold it in place! Stays warm and fits well because it’s adjustable.

Feels so good for dry eyes when heated

The eye mask looks nice and seems of good quality. I like that it has a washable cover that is comfy and easy to use. The compress warms up nicely in only 20 seconds and retains the heat for at least 15 minutes, which is how long I use per application. Surprisingly, it does become moist, as advertised. Overall, this purchase was better than expected.Thank you.

Easy to use and stays warm for awhile, perfect for styes!

Very useful. The elastic headband is adjustable and the "patch" covers the eye just well. A one eye mask allows you to continue your activities (unlike a two eyes mask which blinds you during the application). But at 36$, it's a bit expensive...knowing that a two eyes mask can be bought for 46$..

I have used it every day for about 3 months.
