I am not an English major. I just wanted to refresh the use of punctuations and I found this to be helpful and an easy read. Definitely a good refresher.

This book is just what I was looking for: an authoritative reference on punctuation that's easy to read cover-to-cover. It even has quizzes. Great! And I did, in fact, read this book cover-to-cover. I did all the quizzes, too. Fun! And when I finished, I had actually learned a few new things about punctuation. Can't beat that!

If a person wants to enhance his or her knowledge of punctuation, this is the book to get. What an amazing compilation of everyday punctuation.

As an editor, I use reference books all the time. This one uses concise examples and is relatively comprehensive. I'd recommend it if I were teaching an editing course.

I picked this up to refresh my memory on the finer points of punctuation that I've forgotten over the years. And to that end I found this book a great resource for the price. And as an added bonus I found the quizzes at the end of the chapters a fun and practical way to reinforce what you've learned.

An excellent English grammar book that everyone should have as well forget many of grammar rules. it occasional reading keep us track on writing grammatically good English. A good investment for life long learning and continuous self development.

Ottimo libro. Avevo già comprato quello sulle regole di grammatica quindi sapevo già cosa aspettarmi. È molto utile a chi però già conosce l'inglese e ha bisogno di perfezionarsi. Solo il prezzo mi è sembrato un po' alto rispetto al numero di pagine, solo un centinaio, e rispetto all'altro lrbro che è costato il doppio ma ha 600 pagine!

I received the book 'Complete English Punctuation Rules' in an excellent condition. The book is as it is in the description. It's a wide and long book.It teaches the important usage of punctuation marks in a sentence. The book teaches that , sometimes misplacement or omission of punctuation yields silly, humorous, or absurd sentences. Here is an example shown in the book: "Ok , let's start moving, Jack !"(It is a correct usage of 'comma.' Here the speaker asks Jack to move with him.) "Ok , let's start moving Jack!" ( As the comma is omitted here , the speaker asks others to move Jack physically.) More examples are given to all punctuations. So it's the best book to learn and use punctuation marks properly. US and British English are used in the book. The cost of the book is very high comparing to the number of pages. The books , imported from USA , cost high. I think it might be imported from USA.But the quality of the book is very good.The printing and page qualities are excellent.
