Best pencil I've ever used.
They are soft, dark, and a pure joy to use. They glide across the paper. I discovered these by accident when one came with my granddaughter's tracing pad. I had to have some. I've used Mirado Black Warriors - and Dixon Ticonderoga when I couldn't find the Mirados - for 3 decades. But these remind me of the old Berols I used to get. I love them for crossword puzzles, but I also like them for casual sketching. They sharpen easily, rarely break a lead, and standard eraser caps fit them when I've used up the original erasers on crossword puzzles.
