KAWAI Grand Piano Natural

Wonderful, adorable thing! I wouldn't quite call it a toy. It's shockingly playable for such a small instrument. It has such a sweet little tone, and the keys are very light underneath the fingers. The lid lifts and closes as a regular grand piano does. My husband played from Billy Joel to Bach on it to our utter amusement and delight. We've had it out of the box for all of 10 minutes and it's already worth every penny spent!

My understanding is the Kawai uses their remnant woods from piano manufacturing to make toys. This is the nicest sounding toy piano that I have ever heard. This was a lovely gift for my grandaughter’s birthday!

I am grown up, amateur musician. I wanted a very portable, fun keyboard. I have often bought children's novelty electronic keyboards. I went in a different direction this time. After extensive amazon research, I got this as my Christmas present to my self. Good move, Santa Claus. It's a classic. The wood is beautiful. The design is beautiful It makes people smile just to look at it. The sounds are mechanically struck. This may not matter for a kid's toy, but it matters to me. These are musical tones. Yes, they are high and chimey. So they are funny, but they are not unpleasant. I keep this little piano on my desk so I can sound out tunes when I hear them on the radio. I take it to out door jam sessions and street parties. I just cannot tell you how much joy it brings, nor how beautiful it look in my home. (Note: I did not attach the legs. They are plastic and I don't need them) This a quality if tiny and limited instrument. I would not recommend for toddlers or others who just want to bang away. It needs to be treated with respect. Recommended for students and enthusiasts. A serious purchase.

The piano is beautiful and sounds great. Also the seller was very attentive and kept track of the shipment at all times. They even gave us some sheet music as a gift.

It sounds lovely, but the tuning is a little off. It is expected, because this is not a real piano. I don’t know why but kind of expected it to be in perfect tune due to the Kawai name. Harry Potter theme song sounds nice with this thing.

It’s a really cute piano that my 1year old daughter plays everyday. And it looks so nice to place in her play area. The only thing to be careful is that the kids may like to grab the support might hurt her fingers. We closed the piano now she wants to climb on it

I have been so surprised at the attention this little piano has gotten! Guests will play a little tune, service people and delivery folks will head right for it and smiles and memories are shared. It's been delightful and I'm so happy that I bought it. The only assembly required is screwing the legs on. It has the sweetest tone, too.

離れて暮らす男女双子の10ヶ月児に贈りました。 女の子はピアノの前に座って弾いてそれなりに遊びますが、男の子はすぐに上に乗ってきます。 しまいには鍵盤に足をかけてたたきます。 それでも、びくともせず綺麗な音を奏でる立派なピアノです。 音程もしっかりしています。 長く大切にしてほしいです。
